  Fiona was very accommodating, we moved in on Saturday, which was her day off, she came to the office and did all the Move in paperwork.

  I was looking at the Grove website and I thought I was clicking to make an appointment to see it. When I got there, they had no information I was coming.Then I started getting , messages from you. that's when I realized that the two apartment complexes had a shared website. It was really unclear that that was the case. you have a very bad website designer to have caused that mistake. and now I have been hounded by multiple emails and texts about my "tour", as if you didn't know that I was a no show and angry because of the website mix-up. I have no interest in living in West Salem. Please don't contact me again.

  Very bad complex to deliver to. Every single speed bump they have scraped the bottom of my delivery vehicle, and the numbers are not lit at night.
