  They must’ve hired some 18-year-old kid at the desk who doesn’t understand basic apartment leasing terms, It’s incredibly frustrating. Looks like a beautiful place. Just for the incompetency alone, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Only toured but it was so dirty and smelly :( very abrasive and unprofessional front desk person too. I'm disappointed, and there's really nothing I can think of that was actually redeeming about the self guided tour.

  Excellent place to live. Clean and lovely. Shay the property manager has been nothing short of amazing. She keeps the place running like a well oiled machine and really cares about the tenants. Mattie in maintenance is wonderful as well, and I really appreciate all their hard work. They just put a lot of hard work into redoing the courtyard and it’s gorgeous!

  Rents too high for what it is and the units have no AC or on site parking. The land lady is super cool though and the location is OK. Just wish the units where priced more accurately for the size. I found full one bedroom apartments in the area that go for $300 to $400 less that have both onsite parking and built in AC.
