  Landlord is very likeable + personable. Security is much the same. I can’t say much about the measures taken to ensure tenant/landlord protection at present, but as of now, they make me personally feel very secure with the cameras + security’s tolerance about unfamiliar persons. Landlord is also very accommodating and understanding of disabilities and good about asking questions when not familiar with a condition or symptoms (I am very severely physically + mentally disabled), and she so far has been very clear about her boundaries, what she will and will not tolerate, and what she is able to accommodate for. Very encouraging so far. This is only my and my partner’s second day here, so of course opinions may change as time passes, but so far, we are very pleased with the place we have chosen and been accepted to live in for the next year, and I am personally pleased with the first apartment I’ve rented. Very appreciative of how blunt the landlord is, too - I have trouble reading social cues and often struggle with understanding the meaning behind things other people say, so her being very clear and communicative thus far has been a major relief. Overall, a very good experience so far, and I can’t wait to officially move our things in today + tomorrow.

  Management is great maintenance is great. Koz on State also has on-site security which makes things more secure than it was. I enjoyed living at coz on State. The other tenants that I came across were always friendly

  Shay was very helpful with the application and move in process. She is very friendly and professional and makes me feel very welcome here. Also had the pleasure of meeting Mattie, the maintenance tech. He was very helpful and made me feel welcome. This is a very nice apartment complex, an excellence studio apartment, and an excellent building. Everything is in top shape. All of the tenants seem to be very quiet but friendly. The location is Perfect. It’s across the street from my office, in the middle of the nice downtown district, and only four blocks from the YMCA for exercise. I’m very happy that I chose this property.
