  I have bought and sold many homes in my 76 years of life. But the best experience I've ever had was with HomeStar Brokers. Jennifer and Eric helped me find my home in 2006 when I moved to Oregon. I knew then if I ever sold my home they would be the team I would call. I knew through the whole experience they would always have my best interest in mind.

  Worst realtor in Salem. Liars. Don't care about customer just the money they make from them. After the sale is made and they have their money, they could care less and don't follow through. On to the next sale and screw you. We trusted them. Gina Ott (coward) and Eric Larson (bully) are the worst. Stay far away from them. Go to anyone else but them. Yes it was purchased as you say "sight unseen" but we trusted your word. Won't ever do that again. As for "cleaners" there was only 1 and she did her best to clean this mess but couldn't get it clean. We have spent more money getting it in shape than we should have cause of Gina's lies!!! I stand by my review: Stay far away from them.

  Jennifer and Eric are exceptional! Five stars aren't nearly enough for their work ethic, commitment and continuous assistance throughout the process of selling our house. We had to sell our house from across the country, so they took a very active role--and their expert advice was spot-on at every turn. When our house was within a week of finalizing the sale, an ice storm caused some damage by a fallen tree. Jennifer and Eric stepped to the plate over and over again--quickly hiring contractors to make needed repairs--and working at a phenomenal pace to finish the work in 3 days--all while we were 3,000 miles away. And we closed on time!! Their effort was nothing short of miraculous--and I'm not exaggerating. I can't praise them highly enough. But I can tell you that you won't regret hiring them to help you with buying or selling a house. They are terrific!

  Gina went above and beyond to make the process of finding our forever home easy and efficient. She is extremely responsive and has an excellent eye for evaluating potential homes against your needs/wants. This combined with her friendly and warm personality makes her the best choice in the area.
