  As someone who used to work for Waverly, I am truly astonished at the amazing efforts that Lindsey has put towards the property. Truly, night and day. I returned to Waverly looking for an apartment, and I was blown away by the renovations and organization of the complex. As Lindsey toured me, I was able to interact with several tenants, all of whom were friendly and had nothing but compliments for Lindsey and how smoothly the property has operated under her management. 10/10 on cleanliness; the updates made to both the common areas and the units are wonderful, the tenants seemed genuinely happy. Overall, I very much commend Lindsey for all her hard work, and highly recommend living at Waverly.

  Lindsey and Wade have been stellar humans during our move in experience. The grounds are picked up every day and so far zero negative neighbor experiences. My favorite thing about the space is that our back porch faces a bunch of established green space with lots of birds.
