  I’ve lived in these apartments for two years, and the experience has been great. Lindsey Gage, the manager, is the best we could ask for; she is always very helpful, assists with whatever you need, and never hesitates to resolve any issues that arise

  The maintenance crew is great! Very polite, efficient, and when they say they’ll be back later in the day or the next day, they always follow through. We’ve not experienced zero issues with maintenance under Lindsey’s leadership. We’ve lived in this complex for 20+ years and have experienced a myriad of managers and staff. These last 3 years with Lindsey as part of the team regardless of her role, has been the best addition to this complex. She gets things done and always follows through. We really appreciate her and the team. My only wish is that the people who have non-approved patio/deck items, would be made to clean them up- also that folks would put the trash inside the dumpster. Most of the time when we take the trash and their are trash bags surrounding the dumpster, we put ours in the dumpster that is relatively empty.

  I have had some issues, but .. Lindsey has always corrected whatever the issue was. I renewed because of her and the confidence she instills in the residents here. Recently met the assistant, she was so helpful also, I am very happy with my experience here.

  LOT more better then the other place I was at. And I want to take this time to say thank you to the management for being so patient with me at times it is appreciated
