Poor design for a 55+. A wonderful gym with the wrong equipment for type of resistances so no one can use it, maybe 50 parking spots for over 5 stories of resistance that almost all have cars and no place to park. No security for the burnside area and it shows with break in and assults, despite have a secured fob system to get in. A pitiful germ pit for a "Pet zone". The staff wants quantity of residence not quality! Mainly friendly to your face. Not worth the $1200+. Is better than living on the street,But wasn't given any other option to pick to live, and beggers cant be choosers but this is NOT a place I would want to stay. Oh, but it has an untouched Pickle-Ball court. That absolutely no one here has used or likes.

I applied with Traditions. They were AI only, and I was unable to talk to anyone human. I would get weirdly generated emails about needing more information. Over and over again, I was surprised they didn't require a blood sample, then my application was denied, without a reason. Thanks AI! Using AI in customer service is the worst thing a company can do. Because of that, I would say don't live there. In a community of people not know for being tech forward, this company is blowing it by using the worst that technology is offering.
The reviews about not being able to get things fixed is par for the course.

Key Points about Living at Traditions:
My sister and I moved in January 2025 and are enjoying living here at Traditions.
The people are friendly, and the office staff is helpful—a shout out to Rodrigo, the awesome maintenance guy!
Cool amenities: dog wash (if you've got a pup), theater, rec room with a pool table, a craft room, and a little library.
Super convenient location: close to grocery stores, Mall 205, and the MAX.
There was a small elevator hiccup, but the other one was working, so no big deal. As of today there haven't been any problems with the elevator and it is very reliable.
The courtyard is wonderful and you can see by the photo it's absolutely beautiful at night. It has two barbeque grills that can be used. As well as a community kitchen for gatherings. We had an Easter barbeque and it was wonderful.
Excited for summer BBQ s and hanging out in the courtyard.
Like any place, there are a couple of annoying neighbors.
The neighborhood has some quirks, but it's been mostly peaceful.
The security system is in place, but a security guard would be a plus.
Overall, my sister and I feel safe and are happy here.
I would recommend Traditions as a good place to live!

I'm adding some more pictures to show what the apartment complex has to offer. I've added the pickleball court, table tennis, the barbeque pit, the outdoor courtyard in the summer, the community room, the theater, the pool room, the internet cafe, and the lobby.
It's a great place to live.

This is a great place to live but beware of a disgruntled and very unthankful person who sets in lobby and he preys on people who are already scared about moving into a new place and he tells a lot of lies that he can't prove anything that he tells people also he takes pictures of without their permission I'm posting this because most of the people are happy to be here and check his rental records and you'll see that he displayed the same accusations of his complaints that also involves other apt.management
