  Vlad was great. He came at 11pm and arrived quickly. I had a flood in my bathroom. After Vlad came I asked for follow up information. Nothing. No response as usual. Worst run apartment complex in Oregon. Terrible customer service. Terrible to its long term residents. 4 months of heavy construction this year. No discounts on rent or any sense of caring that they disrupted what was a great community. RED TAIL came in and ruined Timberlee. Most long term residents including myself have or are moving out. If it says RED TAIL as the management company, RUN. F rating with the better business bureau. D- rating with consumer reports. Terrible management.

  Response was very good and timely in getting the work completed, but not all issues have been resolved.

  Under new management as of April 2026 and this place is getting a total overhaul. Brand new asphalt in the lot, buildings are a beautiful blue color, new pool deck. We moved in recently and had new appliances, flooring. If you're on the second floor, the ceilings are vaulted and many units have their own washer and dryer. Rudy the property manager is great. They communicate with tenants every step of the way, sending emails and putting notices on doors. There is no pet deposit!! Just a $25/mo pet rent. We honestly couldn't be happier, and no, they did not pay me to say this 😂

  Construction for 2+ months with no scheduled end date in sight. Trash everywhere. Management that will send AI generated responses that only gaslight your concerns. That is what you will get here at the new Timberlee Apartments!

  Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood near the west hills, very attentive to repair service needs!
