  I decided to move into the Parker based on a referral made to me by my best friend who had already been living here for a couple years. What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff is here -- I was already living in a different property across the street, and was visiting said friend when one day we randomly ran into Carrie, the property manager. She was friendly and inviting, and she sent us scurrying off on a self-guided tour (she was the only person in office that day). Funny enough, the apartment I ended up moving into wasn't actually available for viewing at the time. But Carrie really took the time to listen to what I was wanting and knew exactly what to have me apply for, and I trusted her completely. It was also a huge bonus that my unit was also going to be resurfaced and renovated before I moved in -- this is the nicest, coziest, and cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. I also appreciated that for an apartment, the large kitchen has a ton of storage and surface area, and I'm excited to cook more regularly! Moving in was relatively easy -- they have a loading dock the movers can park their truck in, and it's close to the elevators. All in all, I'm excited to be living in a community where the staff truly makes you feel taken care of. Big shout out to Kenny and the maintenance staff as well -- a couple maintenance requests I put in was dealt with in less than a day, and they made sure to carry the same welcoming energy Carrie had.

  Here’s a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Moving to a new city is stressful, and choosing an apartment from hundreds of miles away felt like an impossible decision. What ultimately made us choose The Parker wasn’t just the beautiful building or the incredible location … it was the people. From day one, Kenny made us feel like more than prospective residents. He was responsive, honest, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed, and at no point did we feel like we were just another lease. That level of professionalism and authenticity is rare. Since moving in, that first impression has only been reinforced. Everyone we’ve met on the team has been welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear there’s a culture here of taking care of residents that starts with Carrie, and it shows. Of course, the apartments are beautiful, the amenities are excellent thanks to Michael and the maintenance crew, and you can’t beat the Pearl District location. But buildings can be copied. The people can’t. If you’re considering The Parker, know that you’re not just choosing a great apartment, you’re choosing a team that genuinely cares. After moving in, we’re convinced we made the right decision.

  I have never seen such a great , friendly staff. The building as you walk in smelled and looked so clean . I would call it a safe bet to lease an apartment at The Parker.

  Love this building! It’s on the quieter side of the Pearl & feels a bit safer than other parts of the Pearl. My gf and I moved in last year & we love the neighbors, some are really nice & most stay to themselves. It’s rarely any noise in the building, it’s fairly close to the waterfront & dog park in the area. The leasing team was incredibly helpful. Carrie is amazing, timely and genuinely a sweet person. They host community moments to build good relations with the tenants. The maintenance team works quickly to address any manor that we brought to their attention. For the first time in my Portland experience, I haven’t had any packages stolen, living in this building. I give the building/experience overall a 9/10 (10/10 if it had a pool & maybe a smith machine in the gym). Overall love it here & would strongly recommend to a friend moving to the area!
