  Had the opportunity to tour The Parker recently and had a fantastic experience. The office team (Carrie and Kenny) were very friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions and offered great insight about the neighborhood. The building felt safe and well maintained. It’s clear that they really care about the people who live there.

  I’ve had such a positive experience at The Parker PDX, and a huge part of that comes down to the people who work here. The maintenance team, Paul and Mykel, are fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever something comes up, they make you feel like your concern actually matters, and they do a great job of keeping the building taken care of. It’s easy to overlook how much work goes into maintaining a community like this, but their effort really shows. Carrie and Kenny in the office are equally wonderful. They’re welcoming, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community they’re creating. Having staff who know you, take the time to listen, and make you feel at home makes such a difference. A beautiful building is one thing, but the people running it are what actually make it feel like home. Paul, Mykel, Carrie, and Kenny deserve a lot of credit for that. I’m very grateful for everything they do and would absolutely recommend The Parker PDX to anyone looking for a place to call home in Portland.

  Our unit was updated and is in the perfect area of the Pearl District where highway, pedestrian, and local vehicular noise is minimal. The unit itself is large and the hardwood floors are awesome! On-site parking is convenient and plentiful and the area has tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. There’s also a large dog park a block away and just a real gem in the Pearl. All the staff were and continue to be awesome, helpful, and friendly. We found home!

  I love living here! Kenny and Carrie are fantastic/accommodating apartment managers, the building events are fun, the neighbors are friendly, and the space is clean, modern, and cute!

  Kenny was an incredible guide throughout my property tour! He really took his time to explain all of what The Parker had to offer, was patient with all questions I had, and also showed me several options within my price range. This complex was also in a really great area near the water - very quiet for those who like to be a bit outside of the direct downtown area
