  A great experience working with Dan, Fritz, and the Volkmer team. From our initial meeting to the final close, they were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Due in large part to their skills, our NW Portland townhouse had multiple offers, several over asking price, and a quick easy close. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a residential property.

  This Dan Volkmer Team is just great! I originally purchased my condo in Northwest Portland through Dan's team 25 years ago. So I knew they were quality people. Dan knows Northwest Portland better than anyone. The preparation and sale of my condo were handled so professionally. We actually received a solid bid the first day it was on the market. I highly recommend the Dan Volkmer Team!!!
