  No elevator to use to move to the 2nd floor. No elevator for another week. NO VISITOR PARKING??? That's ridiculous! I would have never moved here knowing there was zero visitor parking. There was a shooting right outside front door on the 4th of july. Lots of traffic, sirens, kids screaming. The stairwell was sticky all weekend and smells. People leaving food garbage in stairwell. The 1st floor smells of cat urine, the stairwell has very foul odor with very sticky steps. I heard for laundry you buy a card for $10 but there isn't any money on it you have to add money to the card.

  Love this place. It's quiet,well maintained, and the office ladies were so helpful and made my move really easy. The only thing that went wrong was the elevator was out of service in my building so I had to carry all my stuff up 3 flights of stairs and being 64 years old it was a bit exhausting. Other than that I really love being here. Feels like home!!

  Live here for 2 years & it was the worst experience living in an apartment building I have ever had. If I could give it negative 10 stars I would. I don’t care about a reply back from them, it’s just bs anyways because I don’t live there anymore. But this is my honest opinion and experience. I have pictures to prove it too. They really need to be shut down!! The management is a joke, they NEVER have an actual manager of the property, the wild kids run that place after 5pm and on weekends, the kids throw rocks at cars, vandalize everything in the building and break stuff, Neighbors leave trash everywhere and don’t care about the property at all, Elevators are always broken, the management would lock us out of the laundry room and give no explanation, your car will get towed if you have a visitor park in the parking lot, and last but not least THE ROACHES!!!!! They are everywhere in both buildings! Even if you don’t see them they are there. We had such a bad infestation in the complex they did 3 month treatments that didn’t even put a dent in the problem. I will never live in a quantum property again or an apartment building thanks to this place. The pictures I have are just a few examples of the roach problem. These are from in the laundry room at the property and behind our fridge there was such a problem and they neglected to tell us until we actually found out our selves and the roaches behind the fridge were AFTER the 3 month treatments. Crazy right. Also forgot to mention the weaker they keep renting to and moving in are absolutely disgusting. They leave needles and keep that apartments high traffic and noisy too. Drug users are crawling all over that place like the roaches do too. Save your self the pain and don’t rent here!!!!!!!!

  I don’t recommend coming to this place, always dirty, a bunch of people yelling every night and they make you pay fees just for no reason and they’re telling you that you have to pay those fees because you have a contract, it was the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life

  This was one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The management only seems to care about towing cars instead of actually fixing problems for residents. Parking is terrible, and there’s no proper visitor parking at all, which makes it stressful anytime family or friends come over. The building doesn’t feel safe or well managed. There are homeless people inside the apartment complex often, and nothing really gets done about it. If you have kids, I honestly would not recommend moving here. The only positive thing I can say is that the security guards were friendly and respectful. Other than that, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not live here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe home
