  The apartment has roaches. Homeless and drug addicts are always hanging out outside and with tenants so the halls smell like wet dogs and trash and its dangerous for kids. I don't think it's necessarily a personnel problem but some of the people renting here dont care about others. Main issues are homeless people, smells and roaches.

  Canopy on Powell is a great place to live, apartments are beautiful, tall ceilings and I can see Mt.Hood from my front room window, which is almost as tall as the ceiling, staff are sooooo cool. Understanding, Helpful, Polite, Respectful, I love it here.

  It's been really nice and kept clean upon entering the building. A few elevator situations but got resolved in a timely manner. Had a resident whom caused problems with other residents and Canopy took care of that situation to make sure there is always peace in the establishment. Thank you Canopy for making my place feel like home.

  I asked for my apartment door deadbolt to be replaced or fixed. It looks like someone tried to open the door with something like a screwdriver or something else that could make gouges. With my dexterity disability of my hands. Trying to put the key in the key. Keeps getting stuck on the gouges. Because the maintenance man was able to just put the key in and turn it. He said it was fine. Would not listen to the fact that I had extreme trouble at times getting the key into the lock so he decided it was fine and left.

  The tour guide was great in detail, the lady at the office assisted me with my paperwork. The other gentleman helped me to stand up due to my disability. I long for the approval to move in next week.
