  The leasing agent who gave me a tour was super nice, and answered all my questions about costs, availability, amenities, etc.

  New Update - I was not surprised when the management team spoke badly of my emotional and mental health . They had zero empathy and were completely two faced. My case was just awarded and my medical benefit was proven . I have never been in an impatient hospital ever in my life but living here , my apartment the drilling and construction rang thru my home pipes outside my door . In every room . After a note from my doctor to vacate this toxic environment, several er trips for Cluster Migraines Grayson … He’s got nerve . When you face him he promises to help you but badmouths you in emails , texts , to co workers. But then when I confronted him , he agreed the noise is so loud .. clear across the parking lot but yet, he still refused to ever visit my apartment for five minutes to hear the hammering in the pipes of my living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Yes , my entire house. So Poor Customer Service. I ended up getting my own lawyer to vacate . There are circumstances in life where you can't control. One is a jaws of life wreck that left me with a brain bleed and I'm lucky to be here . But with it I had cognitive decline. I was down three years . I got better . Living here , I suffered from worse depression lack of sleep, a tenant screaming all hours of the day , same one everyone speaks of . But I have PTSD .. So mine , got worse . I had never experienced a Property Manager who was a Bully . Grayson to my face was a man baby , but behind my back he was two faced with texts and emails . I had two er trips from clustered migraines where I had to be put on 6 meds and oxygen to have relief . This place is a nightmare . I had a drs visit on feb 24.documented and had to pay for a lawyer to leave this hell hole to get out of my lease . I cannot stress enough, I've lived in Oregon a decade . This is a New company . I have friends all over in all kinds of businesses. Property management. They would Never ever treat clients this way. They get referrals. My son was so disgusted with him he's lucky he didn't come back. The place is in a fentanyl neighborhood. Thieves stole my gas twice while moving. There was never one night of quiet . Police sirens from busy Powell Street were ringing constantly. The constant hammers were ringing every am 8 hours in my livingroom / bedroom/ bathroom I couldn't even bathe in peace. But they didn't care he refused to visit my apartment for five minutes because He agreed He could hear the construction clear across from the office. So a frontal lobe brain injury survivor outside her door , No , It was too much for him to take time off for. He discriminated against me any chance he had. So I filed a complaint against him after I left . I stood up for myself and Everyone out there who deal with invisible injuries that people don't get. Brain injuries TBI headaches are the worst ! The ER drs told me to file the complaint against my landlord. He couldn't believe how I was treated . So after leaving here for months I was triggered into depression by past trauma Thanks to this place and the cold Cement floors and creepy feels. Run!

  Many issues in the past from poor property management to screaming tenants however new property management Sylo as of 2023 have been very proactive to work with me on any issues and found solutions that work for both sides. Staff have been active to improve and turn around issues.
