  MAJOR SANITATION AND CLEANLINESS ISSUES. AVOID!!! Management takes forever to respond, the main phone line mailbox is always full, and guess what- today the emergency maintenance phone is turned off. I have lived here over two years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Trash overflowing every week. Fly infestations because of it.

  For context on this review, I moved in here when they first opened up as the first person in my unit and it's not even remotely the same apartment complex anymore. Constant trash build up with fly colonies in the trash room, no groundskeeper anymore (dirty hallways/fitness center for months), and now an AI MANAGEMENT SERVICE? You can't actually contact anyone who works here anymore. It has to go through some AI slop and they didn't even send out an announcement to residents? Cool thanks :( On top of all that, utilities are like an extra 25% of your rent per month total. Absolute insanity when I've paid less and rented a full house with less expensive utilities. The fun part is, $80+ of that is for "trash" even though the trash is nearly constantly backed up. Finally, people smoke weed here constantly. While i don't care what people do in their free time (don't come at me if you smoke weed), your apartment and the common areas will often reek of cheap weed even if you don't smoke it yourself. Management doesn't care about this so RIP :( If there was a competent management service here it would actually be fine, even GREAT, so it's very frustrating to see it just get trashed.

  I worked with Tim Jayne as the leashing manager, Tim maintained clear and open communication throughout the entire process. Super happy with the unit I decided to rent and every follow-up has been handled professionally and in a timely manner.

  Wonderful and attentive staff. Tim was incredible at finding an apartment that had everything I was hoping for. Marvin is outstanding and super timely with any maintenance questions or issues too. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood as well. :)
