  COCKROACHES!! Look out.. Alex is not a nice person, and this place will make you regret renting here.. not worth it! Several apartments have had bed bugs as well!

  They nickel and dime everything. You can't park your car for too long, even in your designated spot, even if you're going to be out of the country traveling, because it will get towed. Of course you can pay them more money to rent a garage, or park it somewhere off the property. Want to pay your rent online? Sure, for a fee. The people are nice and the lawn is mostly well maintained, but everything is a hassle and costs more. The last straw for me is not being able to travel and leave my car in the spot I ALREADY PAY FOR, instead I have to pay more if I don't want towed.

  Raised our rent $400 when our lease ran up. Very old building with lots of random defects, plugs and switches behind doors, old appliances, and splintering patios to name a few. Loud neighbors, and terrible tenet to landlord relations. Wouldn't recommend it anyone.
