My kiddo has lived here for a bit now and seems to really like it. I visit quarterly from out of town and I can honestly say that I enjoy staying here. The neighbors are friendly and I feel safe walking down the street for a coffee or just walking around the neighborhood in general.
The walls in the apartment must be very thick because I rarely hear any neighbors. The convenience of having a trash room on each floor is a nice feature. The appliances and finishes are very nice, nothing feels cheap or thrown together. The only thing that could improve is having a window that opens for fresh air, instead of just a balcony/patio door that opens(may just be some units).
There have been a few issues with packages disappearing but I would just recommend tracking them closely. The package should be delivered to your door and not left in the lobby.
I would say that the rent is in line with the size of the apartment, if it were to increase I would say to look elsewhere. If you have a car, you can choose to pay for a covered or uncovered space if available. There are bus stops very close by as well.
So far I feel comfortable with my kiddo living here. I will update my review if anything changes.

This place sucks, tiny apartments, dirty elevators, packages being stolen.

How are you supposed to get ahold of this office? I want to rent an apartment here and have called, left voicemails, and sent numerous messages. No answer. Seriously, does any one know?

I have been trying to get a hold of someone for almost 2 months... I have called multiple numbers and even sent messages on rentcafe where I saw the avaliable apartments and no one gets back to you or answers the phone I have also showed up to the property twice, once when it was supposed to be opened and the doors were locked and I couldn't speak to anyone... these apartments look beautiful and as a disabled person the location is amazing as its near my care giver and my doctor's but no one actually can take the time to answer the phones and honestly its really un professional

This place is awesome for the price. I see a few reviews complaining about noise and construction but I never had issues. The price is much less than buildings in the area and I'd venture to say the complainers chose based on price and the value is great. Awesome rooftop and the manager is always super responsive. The only issue I ever had was with bad neighbors that didn't follow rules.
