- WWwillJan 16, 20181.0Honestly way overpriced based off the shape of the unit, little to no response from the management team. Regretting this decision to lease here more and more each month. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars. you can get a much better place for 1600 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Great schools around but horrible apartment and staff. Update. Submitted a work order 8+ months ago that has yet to be fixed, you would think a place that charges this much for rent would have a competent maintenance staff, but instead it is staffed by one extremely lazy person. Called the manager about it to complain and she just said "sorry that it hasn't been fixed." I Strongly recommend looking elsewhere to live it is not worth the amount spent to have this kind of horrible service feel free to email me. I have pictures of before move in and will soon have them of after. The windows are all rusted on the inside with mold growing inside of them seems super healthy! Wish i could give this place a -10 or worse score.
