unfortunately, management was extremely rude, passive aggressive, lazy, and unhelpful. they all tell you different things, they’re unorganized and no one knows what they’re doing.

Nice!
Spacious closets, bathroom, and studio. Some Residents starts smoking all kinds of stuffs as soon as they see the management office is closed for the day. The hall-Ways Always smells good during the day but at night, you would smell combination of cigarette, marijuana, pots, etc. Homeless people sleeps at front entrance of the building at night.

Just a visitor of a few friends who are residents but overall one of the best apartment buildings in the downtown area, hands down one of the top 5 in the pearl district.

I lived at Fifth Avenue Place for 2 and 1/2 years and loved it. I would still be there but had to move due to loss of my income. Old Town/Chinatown is a very cool place to live, and there are fun things to do and places to go immediately close-by as well as the Max train right at your doorstep, and bus lines. It's a very well maintained building with excellent management and is well secured. I only required minor maintenance twice while there, and it was done efficiently. They do periodic fire and maintenance inspections for your safety with advance notice. I had a sweet, spacious studio on the 6th floor with an awesome view. All have great views, convenient laundry and trash chutes on your floor. It's affordable, pet-friendly, has a nice courtyard, and garage parking. Every year they host a delicious catered Thanksgiving feast, and the neighbors are respectful and friendly. I give Fifth Avenue Place 5 stars!
