- RCRambunctious CurlsJun 15, 20261.0It is the worst place I have ever lived. I should have listened to the reviews! They have a mouse problem. Construction at all hours making it impossible to relax or work from home. They raise the rent to the maximum allowed by law every year with no improvement to the unit itself. Turnover in the leasing office is super high, and it makes sense why. After moving out and leaving the apartment in better condition than we found it, they are trying to charge us $1,300 for a carpet replacement charge without even stating why or how they came to the figure. Once we disputed it, they sent us to a collection agency. We are now disputing it formally with the collection agency.

Did the repairs, and cleaned up after themselves! Everything was done in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you so much for being so prompt and clean! You guys are the best!
