  I had a genuinely great time living here and am sad to be leaving! I want to acknowledge that I think the experience one has here will be dependent on where their unit is located. Mine was in the back of the complex, closest to the trash compactor and with the most available parking. So the concerns shared in other reviews are totally real and valid, they just didn't apply to me. My experience was one in a beautiful place surrounded in quiet trees. I could hear owls, frogs, and coyotes at night. There are no traffic sounds, and all my neighbors were very sweet and pleasant. The walls are relatively thin, so be prepared for some neighbor sounds, but the payoff was worth it for me. The staff is UNMATCHED! Special shout out to Zoran, Sam, and Leslie. They are literally always so kind, helpful, and really make the office area a fun, inviting place to be. The office set up great things for tenants like a drive thru breakfast pick up one special morning, regular food cart appearances, gift wrapping stations in December, etc. Make sure to snag some popcorn/candy when you stop by to collect your packages! The maintenance crew also gets a huge shout out- the landscaping and areas always look so good and well-kept. They are ALWAYS out there working to give the complex it's glow-up.   Hello, First of all, today’s Breakfast on the Go was awesome! I’ve been living in this apartment community for about three years now, and I think this event happens maybe twice a year. I wish it happened more often especially because I usually skip breakfast, so it was even more appreciated. My kids loved it too. I also want to thank all the staff members who came out and worked so hard from 6 AM to 10 AM. We really appreciate it. Other than the parking situation, this is truly a wonderful place to live. The property is always clean and well organized. Lastly, Sierra always greets residents with such a bright and welcoming attitude, and that really makes a difference. Thank you again for everything!

  I stayed here for about 10 months. Pros: - The pool and hot tub is nice - The unit itself was great for me, my other half and our 2 pets but the appliances are a bit outdated. - Cheap rent compared to other places! - Staff was always accommodating to us, I really appreciated their help for the move-in and move-out process. Cons: - Noises: I will admit that my other half and I are more on the louder side so we would get tons of noise complaints. We are gamers lol so if you are one too and tend to get a little loud definitely do not move here since the floors and walls are somewhat thin. In our new place, we do not get any complaints at all due to it being concrete. Some neighbors have even pounded on our door just because my boyfriend was "walking loud", which was quite ridiculous. I would play music at a decent volume at like 2 PM with one window open and someone would come to tell me to turn it off. - Parking: The stalls are small and some people DO NOT know how to park so it was common to find a truck that took up two stalls, on top of that there are not enough stalls and they are not assigned unless you pay extra, so good luck finding one after 10 PM. We rarely went out after 8 PM due to this issue, if we did, we would have to wait for sometimes an hour for someone to leave in hopes they are a nightshift worker or something like that. -Trash: There is only one area when I was living there so make note of that when choosing an apartment because it may mean you have to drive all your trash in your car or walk a good amount just to throw out your rubbish. -Smells: It smelled like weed and dog piss in the hallways most of the time for some reason. Overall, it was a good place that housed us as we moved to this state. I would not rent here again but only due to the way we are and it just did not fit well with this community. If you are looking for a cheap place, away from the city, quiet then I don't see why not but the cons did affect us a lot so it's worth to weigh them before moving in.

  I had a great experience working with J’Melia. She went out of her way to help me find the right unit. I originally applied for a downstairs apartment, but she helped me get an upstairs option and even took extra photos of the balcony for me. Now I have an upstairs unit with more sunlight, which I really wanted. I really appreciate her help and effort!
