  THEY NEED TO REPAINT THEIR PARKING LOT!!! THE SPACES ARE TOO NARROW. You can barely get out of your car! The hallways seem to have no ventilation, no windows, etc. so smells linger.

  I’ve been living at Commons at Sylvan Highlands for over a year now, and I can honestly say Jamelia is one of the best employees I’ve dealt with here. Every time I come into the office, she is always respectful, welcoming, and makes sure I’m taken care of. She consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Whether it’s helping with packages, answering questions, or making sure concerns are handled, she always tries to be of service in whatever way she can. If a package isn’t showing up or I can’t find it, she will actually take the time to look into it and do everything she can to help locate it. Anytime I’ve needed a maintenance request put in or had an issue that needed attention, she is usually right on top of it and makes sure maintenance is contacted and the problem gets taken care of. What I really appreciate is that she does a lot of the small things that people may not always notice. Sometimes the things that make the biggest difference are the things being done behind the scenes, and I want to make sure she gets recognition for that. I notice the extra effort, the way she treats residents, and how willing she is to help even when it may be something small. Those little things matter, and they definitely don’t go unnoticed. Jamelia is very respectful, responsible, helpful, and professional. She is honestly one of the main reasons I enjoy coming into the office, because I know I’m going to be treated well. From what I’ve seen, she gives that same level of care and respect to other residents as well. She definitely deserves recognition and, in my opinion, a promotion. Employees like her make a huge difference in the experience of living here, and I just want to give her the credit she deserves because I see and appreciate everything she does.

  I had a genuinely great time living here and am sad to be leaving! I want to acknowledge that I think the experience one has here will be dependent on where their unit is located. Mine was in the back of the complex, closest to the trash compactor and with the most available parking. So the concerns shared in other reviews are totally real and valid, they just didn't apply to me. My experience was one in a beautiful place surrounded in quiet trees. I could hear owls, frogs, and coyotes at night. There are no traffic sounds, and all my neighbors were very sweet and pleasant. The walls are relatively thin, so be prepared for some neighbor sounds, but the payoff was worth it for me. The staff is UNMATCHED! Special shout out to Zoran, Sam, and Leslie. They are literally always so kind, helpful, and really make the office area a fun, inviting place to be. The office set up great things for tenants like a drive thru breakfast pick up one special morning, regular food cart appearances, gift wrapping stations in December, etc. Make sure to snag some popcorn/candy when you stop by to collect your packages! The maintenance crew also gets a huge shout out- the landscaping and areas always look so good and well-kept. They are ALWAYS out there working to give the complex it's glow-up. Thank you, Commons, for the great rental experience!

  Hello, First of all, today’s Breakfast on the Go was awesome! I’ve been living in this apartment community for about three years now, and I think this event happens maybe twice a year. I wish it happened more often especially because I usually skip breakfast, so it was even more appreciated. My kids loved it too. I also want to thank all the staff members who came out and worked so hard from 6 AM to 10 AM. We really appreciate it. Other than the parking situation, this is truly a wonderful place to live. The property is always clean and well organized. Lastly, Sierra always greets residents with such a bright and welcoming attitude, and that really makes a difference. Thank you again for everything!
