Do not let the looks fool you. While the community initially looks nice on the outside, living here has been a complete nightmare. Management & Communication: The leasing office has an incredibly high turnover rate, and getting a response to an email in a timely manner is practically impossible. The lack of communication is frustrating beyond belief. Safety & Parking: Parking is a disaster. They charge nearly $200 for garage parking, but the garage doors are always broken, and cars are broken into multiple times a month. To make matters worse, they will tow your car anyway—even if you have a valid parking sticker. It is a high-crime area and feels entirely unsafe. Building Cleanliness & Environment: The hallways are disgusting and constantly reek of marijuana and cigarettes. Community Culture: The environment here is terrible. There is zero screening or accountability for residents. I have witnessed tenants fighting in the hallways, fighting in the parking lot, and literally trying to run each other over with their vehicles. Overpriced & Unfair Pricing: To top off the terrible service, they tried to raise my rent by $100. Meanwhile, they are actively renting out other identical units for $300 to $400 less than what I was paying. To make it even more ridiculous, I was in a studio apartment, and their larger one-bedroom units were being listed for cheaper than my studio. They completely rip off loyal tenants. The Only Positive: The one bright spot was the property manager during my departure. I had some miscommunication regarding my move-out date, and he was incredibly accommodating. He didn't rush me at all; instead, we worked together to pick a new date, and transitioning out was a great experience. I truly appreciated his help.

Don't move here. If you are considering this complex because of a move-in promotion on the rental price, please do not do it. I lived here for a year and left immensely disappointed. Management will gouge you for money at every possible turn, and they will absolutely not support you when real issues arise. As others have mentioned, the turnover rate for leasing agents is incredible. You will never see the same person twice, which is a massive red flag and indicative of how poorly this property is run. To echo other negative reviews, here is exactly what you can expect if you sign a lease: Parking Fees: A parking spot alone will cost you nearly $200 / month. Maximum Rent Hikes: They WILL raise your rent to the absolute legal maximum each year (exactly 9.5%, not a dollar less) with zero property improvements to show for it. Security Issues: A whole rental building, Building #3 to be specific, is left accessible during the day for just anyone to waltz in, resulting in multiple incidents of package theft. Worse, thieves tampered with the locks on the bike room to steal my bike. Management's response to both of these issues when I voiced my concerns was essentially, "Sorry, not my problem" and a complete refusal to invest in better security. General Upkeep: The stairwells consistently smell of age-old urine. Security Deposit Gouging: They will go the extra mile to ensure you don't get your full deposit back. They charged me a $70 cleaning fee for a practically spotless apartment, using grainy, black-and-white photos of literal specks of dirt as their "evidence." If I can deter even one person from wasting their time, money, or energy here, I'll be satisfied. Sorry if you were getting your hopes up for this place like I did, but I strongly encourage you to keep looking. You deserve better, and you will find better.

My husband and I lived here for 5 years. In that time span, our car got broken into and stolen from the “secured” parking garage and no one in the leasing office really seemed to care. Parking garage doors were left open because they would malfunction all the time. Mind you, they don’t care if your car gets stolen they just care about charging you 150 bucks or more for one parking space in the so called “secured” parking. We also encountered smelly hallways (smelled like dog pee and weed), noisy neighbors that we complained about multiple times via email with leasing agents either ignoring our emails and not responding or they would ask to come into our apartment to see if the noise was “actually loud.” Safe to say, nothing was ever done. We recently moved out and a package was delivered just a few days after so my husband reached out multiple times to see if someone could help locate it and he could pick it up. Each time, no calls were returned as promised. It’s been a month, and no call has been returned even after he called AGAIN and was promised he would get a call back at a particular time. Save yourself a headache, money & time and do not move here.

Security deposit taken. Papers signed and shown a physical apartment and then after all that work. It’s just not available. How hard is it to just do what an apartment does every day. Both times were in person. How do you not know what you have available in person. Two different leasing agents did this exact same thing.
