The only complaints I have is there’s no lights in any of the rooms we didn’t realize til after we moved in and we didn’t see our apartment before. Beside that maintenance is quick same day or next day help! The leasing office is pretty good at getting back to you. (Emailing and calling) The main complaints are with neighbors. Never had problems with leasing office or maintenance request. They also keep you up to date every month on things that are going on. Communication 10/10.
