- LSLesli SotoSep 20, 20261.0Don’t fall for their so called “luxury apartments” sign posted out on the main road. What you do get is the beautiful view of their garbage areas, consistently literally trashed. Oh and be careful with car break ins too. Don’t get me wrong, they can happen anywhere but these units are a magnet for thieves. On top of that, we are all aware of the homelessness situation all over the Portland Metro area, but beware, you will be entering a very populated homelessness community complex coming in and out of various units. All in all, you get what you pay for.

The only complaints I have is there’s no lights in any of the rooms we didn’t realize til after we moved in and we didn’t see our apartment before. Beside that maintenance is quick same day or next day help! The leasing office is pretty good at getting back to you. (Emailing and calling) The main complaints are with neighbors. Never had problems with leasing office or maintenance request. They also keep you up to date every month on things that are going on. Communication 10/10.
