  There are parcel pending lockers here. Laundry rooms. Secured parking. Fitness room. Community lounge. Great views of the west hills and downtown. 100/100 walkability. Great school district. Maintenance team that cleans daily. And it’s affordable. Ask for Meghan. The property manager Anna really does care. They did everything to make sure we were happy.

  I waited to do this review until I had more experience living here. But I have personally seen the property management go to great lengths to treat guests fairly and with respect. These properties are located uptown with 100/100 walk-ability ranking. More importantly, if you have children, this falls in one of top districts in the entire city, especially for HS (Lincoln HS). They have laundry and gated parking for a fee. They have a lobby and keep coffee and tea out for residents. The leasing agents and property manager are very responsive and they communicate well. Overall we are thankful to be here and would recommend for families.

  At first, everything was great, and we had no issues with the elevators. But after a while, the loading elevator started getting shut down almost every weekend for a couple of days. It honestly felt intentional, especially since it kept happening so often. Everyone was forced to use the small, cramped elevator to move their belongings, which made getting to the loading area much harder and took a lot longer. The biggest disappointment was the security deposit. Even if you leave the apartment cleaner or in better condition than when you moved in, don't expect to get even half of your deposit back. The only people I really want to thank are Malik and Gloria. They were always helpful, professional, and made the experience a lot better. They deserve the recognition.

  STAFF - Cordial and very responsive. I constantly see the building being cleaned inside and out. You can tell there's a lot of attention put into the building. Regular, frequent emails on updates of building, changes, or community events. They seem very involved. OTHER TENANTS - Polite, quiet (at least I can't hear my neighbors). A lot of different people, and very kind usually. No complaints. LOCATION - Extremely accessible. I don't have a car, so I walk everywhere or take MAX or bus. Groceries and shopping is nearby and if you can't walk, you can take transit which is very close by. No complaints EXCEPT the giant hill we live on. BUT! That is great exercise, so I can't complain that much. Beautiful views too. AMENITIES - Pretty fair. Laundry room gets crowded, but that's everywhere. I adore the vending machines, great prices. Mailroom is awesome with Parcel Pending. Community Room is always clean. There is a workout room, which is very convenient. I wish trash was taken out more though but I think it's not terrible. PRICES - Extremely fair. Take a look at the rest of the city, this place is fair and I hope it stays that way. Overall, great place to live. Happy to be here.

  I was told this place that don't accept color people that comes from one of there employee. Im tellin you to stay away from there treat color people diffrent specially Aysia Hardage
