this new management company is certainly the best of the 7-8 I have had in the years I have lived here- - here's hoping it continues to improve

I have a friend who lives there and wanted me to move into this complex, but when I visited and saw the place myself, I was shocked. The complex is dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what they try to advertise. The environment feels uncomfortable and neglected, and it definitely does not seem worth the money they ask for.
After seeing the condition of the place and hearing about the way management treats people, I would never consider living there. I honestly do not recommend this complex to anyone thinking about moving in.

I am very happy this is a last month
I strongly do NOT recommend anyone live in this apartment complex
This place is dirty, poorly managed, and the management does not care about residents at all.
My apartment flooded twice because of sewage problems, and many of my belongings were damaged
I repeatedly asked management to clean the apartment properly or move me to another unit, but they did absolutely nothing to help.
On top of that, the neighbors are extremely loud day and night, making it impossible to rest or sleep, and management completely ignored my complaints..
The staff are unprofessional, disrespectful, and only care about collecting rent while ignoring serious problems inside the property.
Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration — stay away from this complex.
I’m very happy that this is the last month of my lease
I will finally be free from this place and able to look for a better place to live
Honestly, I regret even giving this place one star. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for less than that 😓

Very grateful to have called this space home for a year and a half. I don't recall the whole team, but Cheese (?) made the maintenance team above and beyond. Agyamanak!

We signed a lease with the previous property management and they were awful. They let the buildings go into disrepair and moved us into a unit that had a leaking roof as well as mold. Since the new management has taken over, they have been making so many positive changes to the complex and have helped us significantly. Brandon and Dylan have been extremely attentive with our maintenance requests and are very respectful of our home. The office folks are awesome too. Sometimes a bit disorganized and non responsive to voicemails but I understand they are dealing with a lot since taking over the complex. The complex is definitely on the up and up with the new ownership and it’s awesome to see all of the positive changes coming.
