- RSRusty SuttonAug 19, 20264.0Cascade Vista was a very convenient apartment to rent. Close to the city center, inexpensive and clean. The staff was always very helpful and communicative with all issues. They have a nice pool, workout room, pickle ball courts and several laundry rooms. Always felt comfortable here.
- AKAdrian KAug 10, 20264.0Seems like many of these 1 star reviews are from the pervious management company. The current company is great, and when I had a problem with my tub they fixed it. within 2 days a third-party contractor fixed the pipes in my tub.
- NSNicki SeguraAug 4, 20264.0Cascade Vista is at least the third management company of this property since I’ve lived here, and so far they’ve been the fastest to respond. They’ve taken great effort to improve the property, and they are so much easier to contact if there are any issues. My biggest complaint is the neighbors. The dog poop seems to have improved, but people still smoke on their balconies (on a smoke-free property) and leave their garbage gathering outside their doors. It’s a SMELLY place, thanks to these rude neighbors. Smells that float through my open windows on nice days.

- JNJustin NorrisJul 11, 20265.0We moved in early June. I am very happy with the staff and overall investment they seem to be putting into the property. The view from our apartment of Mount Hood is absolutely amazing. There is ton of nature around (rabbits, birds, …etc). I’ve been able to easily grab busses to go to the heart of downtown in less than 10 mins. This property is so great for the price. The only negative I would say is that our appliances are outdated and the apartment does have some rough areas from previous tenants. I knew going in that my oven was not one of the upgraded units but the location was the ideal so I chose for that. Happy so far!
