  My daughter’s car was broken into in the parking garage. Rear window smashed. Filed a report with Porland Police. They have cameras, and it’s impossible to talk to anyone about getting a return call from them. Homeless all around the neighborhood. Management has not responded at all to her having an unsafe parking secured area. She pays $150.00 a month for parking and this is how she’s treated.

  Terrible place to be, management and staff are jokes and no help, my built minitruck was stolen right out front and they have not contacted me to let me know if there is video or not, they want me to pay 130 a month for a garage spot, that’s outrageous and because I have to park outside my truck worth about 10k is now stolen an gone for 2 days

  The complex is absolutely filthy, management is basically nonexistent and homeless people are constantly coming in and out.

  Lived at this complex for 2 yrs before moving. I regret signing an additional year but thats life. Best way to describe the units/building is "fake nice". I wish I would have listened to the reviews before living here. Absolutely filthy. Horrid management. Not a safe area. Your car will be broken into(probably multiple times).
