    The elevator and trash shoot is often not working. There is some delayed maintenance. It has been hard to get ahold of staff in the past. They have new managers now so we will see, so far they have been helpful. My sister (who lives there) is in a wheelchair and when the elevator is out for multiple days it presents a huge problem.

    My daughter’s car was broken into in the parking garage. Rear window smashed. Filed a report with Porland Police. They have cameras, and it’s impossible to talk to anyone about getting a return call from them. Homeless all around the neighborhood. Management has not responded at all to her having an unsafe parking secured area. She pays $150.00 a month for parking and this is how she’s treated.
