  I have sold two houses in less than a year with Breylan, Zack and their team at Deal-Eriksen. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, real estate transactions and negotiations. Breylan and Zack also have an incredible eye for design. They recommended improvements and repairs that I am certain positioned my homes to capture buyers' attention and sell quickly. Both of the homes I sold with them received multiple offers, sold for over asking price and closed within about 30 days. In addition, Breylan, Zack and their team work with top-notch contractors and coordinate with them to get any necessary work done in an orderly and timely fashion. And their communication with me could not have been better. From start to finish, the Deal-Eriksen team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

  Choosing Breylan and his team to sell our home was the best choice. From the beginning he and his team communicated everything that needed to be done to achieve a successful sale. We had left out of state and Breylan and his team handled every aspect of our sale, including some home improvements etc without any problems or delays.   Over the past 30 years I have purchased seven homes and sold six. I contracted with Breylan to sell my Portland Home in August 2019. I don’t say this lightly but Breylan was by far the best real estate agent I’ve have ever worked with! Breylan is completely invested in his clients and is extremely passionate about his profession. There was absolutely no comparison in the service Breylan provided from the previous five homes that I had sold. His market research was extremely thorough which helped to ensure my home was priced consistent with the current market. He ensured several sets of photographs and videos were taken to provide the best market appearance one could find. His communication skills were phenomenal and he kept me up to date on all activities related to my home. He held regular showings and was always accessible. Breylan is a straight shooter and is going to tell you what you need to hear and not just what makes you feel good, and that’s exactly what you need when you’re conducting transactions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
