  Update: WOW! at 6:30am I put in a request for my Fridge, by 7:30am I had a phone call from Jesse in maintenance saying that he had a new fridge on the landing if I were available to let him switch them out. The quickness of the staff saved me more than $200 in groceries I purchased the day before. I continue to be amazed by this staff! Well done team Blvd! My husband and I were relaxing in our living room last night watching the sunset peacefully and it was so delightful. We feel safe and calm in this space. The management team is absolutely delightful. We were initially put off by the AI system. Not because it didn't work properly, it was excellent. We were worried that we wouldn't have human interaction and moving in from out of town that felt a little curious. But our concerns were unfounded when we met Nina, Tim, Maddison the leasing team and Jessie who is on the maintenance team. Every question, no matter how seemingly silly, has been answered quickly, cared about and respected. They have been highly responsive and kind at every interaction. This space is quiet, very quiet. You will find there are a large number of protected barn swallows on the property which I absolutely love, they eat the bugs, I had a couple spiders by my door and they took care of those. The location is ideal, located right next to Corvallis for any shopping and 50 minutes to Newport Beach and about 40 minutes up to the top of Mary's Peak which has gorgeous views. The small town of Philomath is adorable, the people are friendly, non pretentious and are regular folks. The college kids who live in the complex are very quiet... I am always amazed that on a Friday/Saturday night you can hear a pin drop. It's lovely, we highly recommend living here.

  What a wonderful experience The Boulvard has been so far! Maddison was so kind in answering all my questions and helping me with the leasing process. The complex is so clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Excited to call this place home!

  I lived at The Boulevard from 2023 to 2026, and I'm pleased to say I had an excellent experience. The agents are courteous and professional. My maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. The grounds are lovely. All the offered amenities were also well-maintained and functional.

  Easiest and smoothest move in ever! Maddison was amazing help every step of the way, couldn’t have done it without her! The apartments are beautiful and clean too!
