  The community is well maintained, the staff has been helpful, and overall for the last 2 yrs it's been a great place. One of my favorite features is the gym—it's clean, well equipped, and honestly one of the best apartment gyms I've used. In my opinion, this is the best place to live in Pendleton. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

  My family & I lived here for about two years and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest reasons was the management team. Thalia was wonderful to work with, always approachable, friendly, kind, and genuinely caring. She was easy to talk to and handled concerns professionally and promptly. Travis in maintenance also deserves recognition. He always seemed busy keeping the property running smoothly, yet he would still take the time to stop, answer questions, and help whenever needed. His hard work and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. The property was kept clean and well-maintained. Management consistently addressed resident concerns, including noise complaints and basketball activity after quiet hours. They were proactive and responsive whenever issues arose. Management also worked hard to address pet waste around the property. They sent reminders, posted signs, and regularly reinforced the rules. While there were still a few residents who chose not to clean up after their pets, that was not due to a lack of effort from management. They genuinely tried to keep the community clean, quiet, and enjoyable for everyone. Apartment living will always come with a few challenges because not everyone is respectful of shared spaces, but I truly appreciated the effort management put into making this a great place to live. If you're looking for a well-maintained community with a caring and responsive management team, I would definitely recommend it.

  Terrible place to live. Nothing but section 8/government assistance lives here. Hidden fees through the roof. Teenagers party at all hours of the night and the management does nothing. They lost their contract with the towing company because they wouldn’t pay them, so if someone is parked in your spot… good luck getting it moved. This is the only apartment complex I’ve lived at here w/s/g isn’t included in your rent. The steep hills throughout the complex during the winter don’t get plowed, so if you live at the bottom, your vehicle will 100% get ran into - mine did. The place is gross, dog poop everywhere (seems very luxurious to me) and the constant noise is outrageous. This place is your typical corporate owned, greed filled apartment complex. Luxurious apartments should at least have central heat and air… hmm. Especially for the price they want to charge.

  I definitely love how friendly the employees are I enjoy how nice the apartments are they’re super spacious lots of storage whenever I have a problem they take care of it super quickly definitely the best renting experience ive had highly recommend
