  I have lived here for 4 and a half years and have loved it. Office staff and maintenence crew is very prompt, professional and so kind! I've never had an issue. Just like any other apartments or houses you've got neighbors that can be louder than what you like but it's not even close to being unbearable. The only reason I'm moving is to downsize and the need to be in a different city to be closer to work and I pray I'm going to get as lucky as I've gotten here.

  We loved our year and half stay here. The location is great if you have pets. Lots of nice walking paths through the college and the dog park is super close. We personally had no issues with management. We also got timely responses and they were always friendly and helpful. We never needed maintenance so we don’t have any complaints there. Our neighbors were super friendly and we never had any issues with excessive noise. The only reason we didn’t rate it 5 stars is because of the semi-frequent trash issues. I don’t believe it is the complex’s fault that some residents don’t seem to have a basic understanding of how to properly dispose of their trash. They would send out letters to let residents know but it seemed people just didn’t listen. It can be a major issue as there is only one compactor onsite. Overall, I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area.

  There is a few fruit fly problems, and the trash cans are all over the place. Constantly cars are blocking the garage doors and making it difficult to enter our unit. 💀

  Have lived here for 4 years now. Have never had any issues really with neighbors or noise. Matter of fact we have grown close to some of our neighbor's. But management is terrible as of now and rent goes up every year. Management likes to watch your every move and creep on your personal life so be aware! Very uncomfortable feeling. They also love to put notes on your door for practically everything. Iv had flowers, a bench seat and a small grill(not charcoal) on my patio and I received “unsightly” patio warnings….what a joke. Not to mention when we first moved in 4 years ago, they did not clean our patio prior to moving in or anything. It was absolutely filthy. Took months of nagging to the office to get it done. Very disappointed with how our last year has been here. I’d look elsewhere for living.
