  Really impressed with the management team! They truly go above and beyond to help residents. It's refreshing to talk with people who are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend!

  Stoneplace is/was amazing to live. Unfortunately I had to leave because of some personal issues and needed to move out before my contract was done, what made it worse was that I got a free rent when I moved it, so it was really expensive, but the current staff talked with me and worked with me and they accept payment plans. I'll miss you guys hopefully I'll be back!

  If I could leave 0 stars I would! The maintenance crew and one of the managers Natalia is amazing! However the owners and other people are awful, we were told 3k to move out by Regina at the front desk and with our estimate in writing, we’ve had several other issues with her giving inaccurate important information to many other residents as well, an estimate shouldn’t be 4k more, we didn’t know they were going to charge 7000$ because of a move in special we moved in on otherwise we wouldn’t have moved forward with leaving early, even had the manager Jacob tell us she should’ve told us that and looked at our account. Instead of fixing the mistake of their employee they decide to ghost us over email for MONTHS then send us to collections all while still completely ignoring any form of trying to reach out. I lived here for years before I was an adult and 2 years as an adult and all I can say is DO NOT live here the owners are money hungry and the communication is awful.

  I’ve had to contact maintenance twice recently, and both times the response was quick and efficient. The team resolved the issues promptly and was kind and professional throughout the process. I really appreciate their responsiveness and quality of service.

  0/10 I do not recommend. Maintenance messed up and ruined my belongings & when i call the office they “don’t know what to tell me” when I have any type of question. Oh and when you take in your rent money orders on the 4th at night they’ll charge you 99.39$ for a late fee. When the “end date” is the 5th at the end of their shift.
