An absolute A+ experience. They are organized and efficient which is far beyond any apartment i have lived in thusfar in my 42 years. We had only one thing that needed fixing when we moved in and the maintenance team was there within 10 minutes of our request! They are on it! Great experience for the first request!

The management here is very human and will understand situations that happen, they’re also the most kind management you can run across. The apartments are covered by trees and even during 100+ weather without an a/c the apartment stays cool. The parking arrangement works and if they have to tow you for construction and you don’t move they tow you to a different spot on the property instead of an impound lot. Can’t stress this enough but the apartment is like sound proof, only upstairs neighbors can be heard but the walls are super soundproof. Every apartment has an outside entrance and this is one of the most walkable/transit apartment you can find. This apartment is a 10/10.

I especially loved the pool and the convenient on-site gym. The location is fantastic, with easy access to many things to do in the area like Oaks Park or the Oregon Zoo. The staff (Tyler, Nicole and Jordan) were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions with patience. Especially Tyler who was easy on the eyes and a real charmer. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Miramonte Lodge if you're looking for a great place to live!"
