We offer full service property management services for your rental property. Full service includes marketing (showing your property and screening prospective tenants), collecting rents, serving notices as needed, interior inspections, exterior drive by inspections and handling all maintenance/repair calls. You can be as involved as you want to be with the process but once you get to know us, you'll not have any concerns with our management process.

Some owners prefer to manage their own rental properties. Although we don't recommend owners do this without the property knowledge of changing laws in the area, we do offer the service of finding a qualified tenant for your rental property. We will market, show the property and screen prospective tenants for you. Once we have agreed on an approved applicant, we will prepare the lease documents and any needed addendums for the tenant to sign. We will collect the rent and deposit and provide the tenant with keys and move in instructions. We will take our fee and send the balance of funds and the original signed lease to you and you take it from there!
