  Jocelyn was great!! This is the second community I've visited and what ultimately sold me was how friendly and welcoming Jocelyn was. EV chargers were also very convenient for us.

  Jocelyn was absolutely amazing during my tour of the property. She was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the community and amenities. She answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. Thank you, Jocelyn, for such a great tour experience!

  Toured the property yesterday and plan on applying. The apartment was spacious and the gym has new equipment. The special for moving in was the best part.

  I’m so happy I moved into this building! First of all I have to highlight the excellent customer service from Mathew and Marisa. They have been fantastic! Always helpful, friendly, and with a smile, they made the entire process so easy and smooth. I absolutely love my new apartment!

  will raise your rent and utilities every year until you're not willing to pay 2000+ a month for a 1 bedroom apartment and then try to get you to foot the bill for them to paint the walls, replace carpet and fake flooring from previous tenants. avoid the hassle and live literally anywhere else in the area offering MORE for LESS. *insert ai response here*
