  Had a really good experience with Matthew Guinn during my move-in. He was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole leasing process pretty smooth. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to help and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciate all his help getting me moved in!

  Jocelyn and the rest of the team have been pleasant and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. I toured multiple apartments and received a thorough tour. I was very late for my move-in appointment, and the team worked with me to get everything done the same day. I had an IT issue with my resident portal and received prompt assistance. I wasn't sure about a parking spot at first, but when I was ready I was helped very quickly. I was informed about nearly everything important to me before I thought to ask.

  The Quarry and American Property Management are crooks and con artists. their leasing agents will say anything to get you to sign a lease and the second your name hits the dotted line their only concern is attempting to take EVERY dollar they can from you. we lived here for two years in which our rent, parking, and utilities were raised each year to the point when we were ready to move out they were asking over two thousand dollars a month for a 722 sq ft one bedroom apartment. during our pre-moveout inspection we were given a perfect score yet somehow when it came to the final move out inspection the unit was considered "heavily damaged" APM tries to circumvent Oregon tenants rights by attempting to reclassify what is considered normal wear and tear like minor paint scuffs and nail holes as "overhead" costs in their lease. at a MINIMUM they will attempt to charge you 295$ for cleaning the unit regardless of the state the unit is left in and then an additional 65$ an hour for their own maintenance team to repaint the unit as well as refusing to provide ANY documentation of these services being preformed before you moved into the unit. if you are a current/former tenant I HIGHLY suggest researching your Oregon tenants rights, contacting a tenants lawyer, and document EVERYTHING you can. their practices and business model are predatory and honestly should be criminal. *edit APM took me to collections just 4 days after moving out before ever providing any sort of post move out documentation

  We just moved in a few weeks ago and already LOVE this place! Stephen was a huge help while trying to decide if we wanted a studio or a one bedroom apartment and was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. When we moved in, we had a surprise from Jocelyn for our kitty. She surprised us with a welcome home basket catered for our baby. We've been enjoying the pool/hot tub and have been getting some awesome workouts in the gym! THANKS AGAIN Quarry team! P.S. they got me with the cool coffee machine in the office. Lol

  Worse management I have ever dealt with. I left less than 3 weeks ago due to changing work location and had to break the lease, which I paid days before moving out date. And a week after I got an email from debt collector for not paying my lease break fee, which I had to clarify. Another 2 weeks later, I get another call and email from debt collectors that I haven’t paid pending balance. But I never got any communication about the pending balance, it didn’t show on the portal and there’s no way to pay it online as well. So I now have to deal with debt collector and pay interest on the account balance that I didn’t know existed 2 weeks ago. I have moved a few times, never had this problem. The lack of communication and responsiveness is crazy. I won’t get into the details about the cleaning and painting charges that are applied on move out as every apartment management does that. Apartment is good but the way they deal with outgoing and current residents is awful.
