  I just moved into my apartment a few days ago and it has been great. The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The whole property is pristine, the common areas are spotless with really practical amenities. The best part is the office team, they are very personable and take the anxiety out of finding solutions. Jocelyn was very helpful and made the application process as easy as it could be. Any mistakes or misunderstandings were always taken care of and I feel good never hesitating to ask for help. Shoutout the whole team for their help, but especially to Jocelyn for everything along the way.

  I lived in The Quarry for a year and moved out in April 2026. I did enjoy my time living there, but my move out experience tainted my opinion of my year there. I would also highlight that it feels like they would do anything to help you while you’re touring the property, but once you are in most of the people in the office are unhelpful/rude when raising concerns and dismissive. During my lease, my fob died three times in the space of 4 months. Although a backup key is provided not always having this on me made it difficult. The maintenance team were always nice but swamped with work and the leasing office did not regard access issues as an ‘emergency’ so you could be waiting days for the battery on your door to be fixed. This didn’t even count as an emergency when the broken battery left my door unlocked. Last summer the garage doors were broken for 4 weeks despite paying $125 a month for secure parking. Parking in the area is also awful if you ever have guests visiting. My move out experience was extremely disappointing. I had called The Quarry three times after I moved out to check in with when my final account statement would be sent. I had moved into somewhere temporarily before my next lease started and needed to update my address. I was told by the leasing agent that they would make a note of the new address and follow up with the person who handled this. I then emailed again for an update and was told they would have to cancel the check and send a new one. I finally received the check this weekend (almost four months after moving out) and was disappointed to see that the original check was actually from April 10th and had been returned to The Quarry when it couldn’t be delivered. The charges on my final account statement were ridiculous. The apartment was left in extremely good condition with a thorough clean. We even pulled the oven out to vacuum and clean like required on the move out letter. We found a huge amount of dog hair and dog toy behind the oven clearly not having been cleaned from the previous tenant or the apartment cleaning as I never had a dog in the apartment. I would say if you are moving out The Quarry, a deep clean is not necessary as you will no doubt be charged the full cleaning charge as well as carpet cleaning and painting. When I requested photos from the move out inspection I was told there were not any and they don’t have different prices regardless of how much is needed.

  Jocelyn was great! She was super knowledgeable and informative. Loved that she lives on property and has firsthand knowledge of the living experience. Loved the modern upscale amenities and gather spaces.
