- PMPriest McLane6 days ago1.0Shady move out fee scams. Make sure you take photos and document every condition upon moving out. Check real estate laws too. This complex is in the practice of ripping you off a d lying about move out conditions to fleece you. Its downright theft. Lawsuits should be filed. Do not trust this company at all! Seek residence elsewhere!

However, the noise from the newly moved-in upstairs neighbors (a family with two small kids) has been a massive issue. I understand children make noise, but without proper guidance from the adults, it disrupts the entire living experience. I highly recommend that management implements a policy to keep ground floors for families with children to protect the peace of long-term residents.

- SGShayra GongoraJun 13, 20265.0We recently moved from this complex. We had a good experience living at the Grove at Orenco Station. We will miss the nature that surrounds this complex. The grounds are generally clean, and a nice Walking path that leads to a pond with ducks and a good view of two owls that found a good home. It's close to many grocerie stores, and other fun places. Walking distance to winco and farmers market at Orenco Station on Sunday. maintenance team is good. They are friendly and maintenance repairs are completed promptly. The leasing agents and management team are also friendly. This complex is safe and the residents are generally friendly and clean. Safety is a priority for me. There's a security guard that patrols the complex every night. There's a dog park. Nice community
