  I've lived at the Grove for 2 years now. I have nothing but good reviews to say. Now, mind you, there's always room for improvement, but that's a given in any apartment community which I always feel there's an "open door policy" to address with the property management whenever necessary. Overall, I've really enjoyed living here. The pool area, work out station, and clubhouse are all amazing! The staff are always willing to help, within reason, the maintenance are always on the ball with things, of course, that which is within their control. Futhermore, maintenance now has a new addition to the team to make things even quicker to get done. Mo, he's been hard working, efficient, and really knows his trade skills on the job. Welcome Mo!😊 Only constructive feedback I could give is please, please🙏, if at all possible, could we get some beauty bark to cover the exposed tree roots only in certain areas. The dirt has, over time, been eroded away by the landscaping blowers and it would make things look so much nicer around the community. Additionally, cutting way down on the dust. Thank you so much for any such consideration to this matter.

  Enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful stay here from June 2025 until July 2026. Special thanks to Marissa Harper, April Wagonner and Joel for their prompt response to any queries or maintenance requests. Apartments here enjoy modern amenities and combined with an excellent service staff, you have want for nothing!

  Shady move out fee scams. Make sure you take photos and document every condition upon moving out. Check real estate laws too. This complex is in the practice of ripping you off a d lying about move out conditions to fleece you. Its downright theft. Lawsuits should be filed. Do not trust this company at all! Seek residence elsewhere!

  I've been a resident here for almost three years and always appreciated the community. However, the noise from the newly moved-in upstairs neighbors (a family with two small kids) has been a massive issue. I understand children make noise, but without proper guidance from the adults, it disrupts the entire living experience. I highly recommend that management implements a policy to keep ground floors for families with children to protect the peace of long-term residents.

  Put in a maintenance request last Thursday to have dishwasher looked at still waiting on update to get replacement.
