So, this is gonna be long, but, would not recommend. The leasing lady was nice and sweet though. Only upside mostly. First off, no new appliances when we moved in. The stove burners only had the back one fine, but after we tried to get the dishwasher fixed. We were only given a do it yourself dishwasher cleaner, we didnt try to get the stove fixed. The dishwasher would never dry dishes, not get hot enough water to clean the dishes thoroughly, so many rewashes and so much mildew constantly that we tried to get rid of. The fridge was small and the bottom drawers were already broken, so they never went in or out properly. The water.. barely got hot enough in the showers or faucets. The wiring was so bizarre, we couldn't have certain things plugged in certain rooms, because it couldn't handle alot, and would shut off constantly. The stove, gave me anxiety, because you used anything other than the back one burner, they would smoke or not work right, and make the fire alarm go off.. over barely and smoke. Even from the toaster. I stopped cooking on the stove and yes, we cleaned the burners alot and no matter what we used, they still smoked a bit... just to set off the alarm. Can pretty much have nothing on the back patio. Or you will get a notice. So very strict patio rules. Hopefully you dont have pets, cause no pet screens are aloud to have set up. We had so much trouble with our information on the account. We had renters insurance for over a year, and we were almost evicted, because for some reason it was never on file for our first year. Even though we talked through with them, many times and they said that should be it. Only to later have to resend it in, only! Through the portal, to and address, that was not on our paperwork when we first moved in. No one even called or messaged us, to make sure it was all settled after we sent them the information many times. Just jumped to threat of eviction. The hardwood floor they put in the unit above, made it so we heard them walking all the time. If they ran, it was bad enough to vibrate our walls and be louder than our TV. Very strict on what AC's you can use. Always fighting for a parking spot. People blocking our garage/ parking spot all the time with drop offs or pick ups. It was so bad, we had to park on the street many times. Moving out. We are still being harassed, because they were sent the money left over in the mail, and only a day after we verified we sent it out, they texted and emailed everyone we still need to pay. Since, we cant pay in person!! But they try to push for the portal all the time, even when we said we cant get on it. Fun part. The sweet lady in the leasing office had to send us to talk to another person in Las Vegas, who was so rude to my mom. Didn't wanna help her out and was so rude, when she had questions, the lady cut her off and hung up, just because my mom couldn't pay through the portal. If you hate your job, dont work it. They charged us for 'damages' to the carpet, when only one spot was messed up, and we dont remember if it was there first when we got there or not. It was so sloppy when made ready for move in. They charged us for all the carpet, but couldn't give detailed damages of the carpet. They apparently were gonna replace anyway. Made extra charges for water and electricity. Daily charges, on days we still had the lease for. Its such a hassle and so demanding with rules, that the price is not worth being there. We had like 30 people move out, our last year there. Would not recommend. Even the nice leasing manager just doing thier job, cant make it worth it to stay there. Yes, our first year I was told, pet screens were allowed, only later to be told apparently they weren't on the approved things they meant you can do. Right now im still calling for them to stop harassing, until they give the check time to get to them in the mail. Cause I cant make the mail go faster, and, if that other lady we were told to talk to, wouldn't have hung up on my mom, They would have sent it throught which ever mail services they wanted.
