  After 3 years at Hana Apartments with my doggo, I can honestly say this community continues to feel like HOME. 🩷 I've lived in several apartment communities over the years, and what keeps me at Hana is the combination of quality, cleanliness, and a staff that genuinely cares. The apartments themselves are bright, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained. I especially love the floorplans, abundant natural light, ample closet and storage space, and quality appliances. The grounds, landscaping, and common areas are consistently clean and cared for, and parking has never been a struggle for me. Location is another big win. Having a large park with a duck pond across the street is such a gift, and the nearby restaurants, shopping, quick highway access, and easy trip into downtown Portland make daily life incredibly convenient. As a dog owner, I also appreciate that Hana is truly pet friendly - not just "pets allowed." Between the dog park, office treats, and abundance of furry neighbors, my pup may believe she is the primary leaseholder. 🐶 Apartment living naturally comes with occasional day-to-day sounds and activity, but I've found Hana to be a friendly, comfortable community with respectful neighbors and responsive management. And speaking of responsive - maintenance has consistently been same-day whenever I've needed assistance, and submitting requests through the resident portal is quick and easy. A special thank you to Jess, who has been exceptional!! She responds quickly, communicates clearly, and has made stressful logistics feel easy through lease renewals, apartment transfers, and roommate changes. Her flexibility, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond have played a huge role in making my experience here such a positive one. Great apartments matter, but great people matter more - and Hana has both!

  Loved living here! The management is responsive, the units are well-maintained, and the community is peaceful. It’s been a fantastic, stress-free experience from day one. Highly recommend!

  Talk about gifting yourself something nice for Valentine’s 💝🙌🏼 I’ve been living here for almost 3 months now and I’m honestly loving it so far. The leasing manager, Jess, has been amazing—always kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever I have questions. She really makes you feel heard and supported, which makes a big difference. The area is beautiful and calm, which I really enjoy. There are coffee shops nearby and even a park with ducks, which I’m so grateful for—it makes everything feel peaceful and cozy. The community is also very pet-friendly, and they host fun events like movie nights, which is such a nice touch. One thing I find especially helpful is the package room—they safely hold your deliveries, which makes things so convenient. The bike room and fitness room are also great amenities to have. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience for me and I'm happy to call this place home.

  Huge shoutout to Jess for being such an incredible support throughout my entire moving process! She has been so quick to help and is always remarkably reliable whenever I have a question or a concern. Moving can be stressful, but having someone so responsive truly made all the difference. ​Beyond just the logistics, I really appreciate the heart she puts into making this feel like a home. The events she organizes are a fantastic touch and show how much she cares about getting the tenants involved and building a real sense of community. I’m so grateful for all her hard work!

  I’ll update my review as time goes by but so far my experience here at Hana has been well! Application process was quick and easy and Jess was so patient, kind and responsive with any questions I had. She was the friendliest out of all my apartment tours I had in the area. Hard finding apartments that have built in air conditioning with the current price point i was looking to stay in and was so glad I was able to find one here! In Unit Washer and Dryer, Dedicated Package Room is also a plus. Haven’t tried all the other amenities yet but looking forward to utilizing the gym, clubhouse and conference room areas!
