Constant rotation of management who always seem so bothered to do any task. Constant water repairs in our building, sometimes with water shut off for 4-5 hours plus a day, have happened almost monthly since coming in.
Package pickup is extra tedious, zero option of sending stuff back unless its envelope sized, requiring heading up to the office and showing ID and signing it out after they search dozens and dozens of them all scattered on the floor of the main building.
While not their fault, the noise pollution that can occur from Cornell Road and the two complexes sharing an entrance can be problematic if closer to them
Yearly gauranteed maximum state rent accruals, with this year them wanting to increase utility rates, for the times you'll actually be able to use them and theyre not in disrepair.
Rentals are also "natural lighting" with no built in lights for the bedrooms, only for their closets, something being on a bottom floor apartment nets you the littlest bit of.
The hot tub on property mentioned to us multiple times in calls, on the website, and in person, wasnt even avaliable for use until 2 weeks before pool season ended our first year, and should have been a real opener for what was to come.
Parking is also an absolute nightmare every single night, often having to park 2 or 3 buildings away from where you actually live because it is so full after 9pm, with the option of the overhead parking for an extra 25 a month, something while is often ample, nobody wants to shelf over for (and really shouldn't).
Tldr;
If you do rent here, matinence is pretty stellar at their job and are always fairly quick when it comes to units. Outside of the direct units matinence drops off, with frequent trash compactor repairs, water main repairs, lots of grounds crew, and issues with amenities like the hot tub or the excersize room lacking. Rental raises by state maximums for everyone yearly, with a utility increase on the horizon.
There are so many issues left often waiting awhile, while a new face will appear in the office.

If you want to live with mold and not be able to access amenities, have your water shut off 3 times in the course of 9 months, and walk through puddles of mud to get to your car, this is a great place. When asking for help from employees you’re ignored and sent to anyone but them until you throw a fit about it.
