  If you’re considering moving into this apartment complex, I strongly recommend thinking twice, especially if you’re being offered a move-in special or discounted rent. Since the change in management, the quality of this complex has declined significantly. The new management team seems far more interested in getting residents off the phone than actually listening to their concerns or addressing problems. Communication is frustrating, dismissive, and often feels like an inconvenience to them. One of my biggest concerns is the apparent selective enforcement of community rules. From my experience, residents paying lower rental rates seem to receive additional scrutiny over things that are routinely overlooked for other residents. Something as simple as items on a patio can suddenly become an issue, despite similar setups being visible throughout the complex. It creates the impression that management is looking for reasons to push out residents paying less so they can bring in tenants at higher rates. My warning to prospective residents: Be cautious about move-in specials and discounted rental agreements. What initially looks like a great deal may turn into an unpleasant living experience if management decides your rental rate is no longer desirable. Pay close attention to how rules are enforced and whether residents are being treated consistently. The one genuinely positive thing I can say about this complex is the maintenance team. Many of the same maintenance employees have remained through the management transition, and they are absolutely wonderful. They’re respectful, professional, hardworking, and genuinely care about fixing problems. Unfortunately, they’re now operating under a management system that seems to make their jobs unnecessarily difficult. From what I’ve observed, they appear overworked and unsupported, which ultimately affects the entire community. They deserve far better leadership. For an apartment complex that charges as much as this one does, the overall experience is incredibly disappointing. Residents should be able to expect professionalism, fair treatment, consistent enforcement of policies, and management that actually cares about the people living there. The maintenance team deserves five stars. The new management deserves one. I would not recommend this complex under its current management, and I hope prospective residents seriously consider these concerns before signing a lease.

  My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. For the high rent we pay, you would expect a much more professional, responsible, and attentive level of service, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. What is most frustrating is feeling like whenever a problem occurs, management does not show genuine interest in resolving it or taking responsibility. Recently, the landscaping crew caused damage and left debris all over my vehicle, which is also a brand-new car. After I submitted a complaint and provided photos as evidence, the response I received was essentially that they could not determine where the debris came from or establish that it was caused by their landscaping team. It is unacceptable that, despite paying such high rent, residents have to deal with situations like this and then have to push for a proper response. I am not asking for a favor; I am expecting the level of service and responsibility that should reasonably come with the amount we pay to live here. The lack of communication, accountability, and genuine concern for residents is extremely disappointing. If management is going to charge such high rent, they should also provide a level of service that reflects that price.
