  Rosario from maintenance had helped us twice now and he’s great and so kind! We’ve had good experiences with Jennifer, the property manager as well. We have been enjoying our time so far, the only complaints we have is there’s a lot of bugs. Granted we’re surrounded by a lot of nature, but i’m just not really a bug person.

  Taylor and Jennifer were awesome helping us through the process as I had SO many questions, to which they answered all of them. Emails definitely take a few days to get a response from but calls are very quick. The apartment was very clean, no major issues. Parking is not as bad as people make it seem. The mold issues that people mentioned, I would say is apart of not the tenants not letting their home get some ventilation as I’ve noticed no issues. You can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors but it’s not super significant as people say it is. I would say it’s just regular noises since we do have to keep in mind that it’s not going to be 100% silent. You cannot hear them talk upstairs, or their music, or anything like that. It’s just walking here and there. But again, not as loud as people think it is. Overall 9/10.

  Rosario assisted with my maintenance request, he did great. He attempted to fix my dishwasher, but wasn’t able to. I let him know I hadn’t been able to use it for several months, he said they’d get a new one next week. He showed up at my door later that same day with a new replacement. Thank you!

  This place really sucks. They lie to new people moving in to make sure they take the apartment. I was guaranteed the hot tub would be open by may. I specifically asked about the year round hot tub and they guaranteed me it would be ready at the end of my first month here. According to other tenants its been broken for a really long time so its false advertising. The gym sucks, one of the things they have seems like its for a child because its way too small for me. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I can hear a normal conversation from upstairs, I can hear their phone conversation when theyre on speaker and now today I was woken up at 5 am from the upstairs neighbors alarm. There is absolutely no reason I should be ng up to my neighbors alarm. I really hate this place

  2 years after moving out my whole family is showing signs of mold toxicity with skin sensitivities and respiratory issues til this day. That was the reason why we moved out. I cleaned a mold patch as big as 2 ft by 2 ft hidden behind my child’s dresser and got an INSTANT headache and eyes got puffy. They try to tell you that you can’t use furniture like it was MY fault! It was always the outside walls that kept getting mold and they kept insisting there was no leak in the walls. I’m back to see if any reviews contained complaints of mold and sadly there is many! Don’t put your health at risk!
