  Horrible experience with maintenance. It is taking them more than a week to fix a small thing and they keep on increasing the rent. Would not recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking to lease

  If I was rating location only, 5 stars, but unfortunately Taylor in the leasing office completely ruined my opinion of this property. I scheduled a tour online for 12pm, when I arrived she was closing for lunch and just said she didn't know why it allowed me to book that time. She asked if I could come back at 1pm, I had to reschedule 3 other tours to accommodate her. I arrived promptly at 1pm only to find a sign on the door say they would be back at 115pm. When she arrived no apology was offered, she was rushing me, very dismissive and the WiFi wasn't working so she couldn't print a map or floor plans. I really liked the property and apartment I viewed, it was perfect for me and the only one available so I chose to give her the benefit of maybe having an off day and applied. She gave me a note card on how to leave a review on Google when I was leaving! I proceeded to call and leave messages and send documents and emails.....NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!! I came back in person, she continued to blame the WiFi but said she was just sending me an email. I asked a couple questions abd could immediately tell she was lying to me. I will be seeking legal advice regarding violation of fair housing laws and reasonable accommodation. I finally reached my patience limit and knew this place would NEVER work for me with that kind of staff. I strongly suggest not giving this Property any consideration. Deena C.

  I had a great experience working with Lili at Commons at Dawson Creek. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or needed help. Lili made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and she really took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. I appreciate how attentive and helpful she was throughout my experience. It’s clear she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Lili, for your excellent service!

  Lili is amazing. Throughout our move-in and the digital challenges that followed, she maintained a pleasant, confident demeanor and was consistently responsive and helpful. Everything is going smoothly thanks to her diligence and hard work. You’re fortunate to have her on your team.

  This apartment is located near to most of work places. The price range is affordable and not super glossy or polished community. But, it’s homely. People at reception helped me a lot for onboarding. Process is smooth to renting . Play area for small kids is missing and community activities can be encouraged. Service is punctual, rossio helped fix minor things observations . I know the ratings are 3 something while renting, but definitely they are improving. Everyone should be given an opportunity.
