  Igor is a great maintenance man! Thank you for always being friendly and helpful! The manager on the hand is very skeptical and bias in a bad way so negative stars for her, please someone (anyone else in the office) replace her. Everyone else has been kind to me. Thank you 😊 🙏

  I rented from this complex about a year ago and my experience was not the best. Starting with when I first moved in, I was not given the apartment I requested, but instead given a more expensive apartment. In addition to that, I had to re-sign my rental agreement 3 times and because of that my boyfriend was not officially on the lease until about 7 months after we moved in. We also had a hole in our floor, which they did fix. What makes this situation difficult is I was told by management when requesting the fix that I didnt need to move anything around. The crew came and did not fix the floor because my belongings were in the way. Then I was told to move my stuff, I did, and the same thing happened. I finally moved basically everything out of my living room, my couch was entirely blocking my kitchen and my halls were blocked by my other furniture, and management failed to tell me that the crew wouldn't be working on my floor over the weekend. It took them a WEEK to fix my floor. I was told midway through that my apartment was safe to live in, WHILE THERE WAS DRYING CONCRETE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM EMITTING TERRIBLE CHEMICAL FUMES. And I was not offered any reimbursement for not being able to safely live in my apartment, no voucher for a hotel, no rent adjustment for the time I COULDNT live there. Nothing. My boyfriend and I had to couch surf. There were also a lot of non-renters that would loiter and sleep around the complex. Due to this, I saw probable drug deals happening right next to my home. In addition to that, I also found a tackle box full of used needles just laying in the parking lot. Our downstairs neighbors were constantly making aggregious amounts of noise, like a grown man screaming at the top of his lungs loud, and nothing was done. Parking is a nightmare. I also stepped in dog feces multiple times on sidewalks. And during our time living there, we noticed almost nightly police activity in the complex. Even with everything mentioned, they STILL raised our rent when it was time to renew. We decided to move in response to that laughable raise. There was one member of management staff who was an absolute gem, but besides her it was not a good place to live. Safe to say I would not reccomend renting here.

  I have visited my sister who lives here a few times. The grounds are absolutely beautiful tall trees lots of shade. Almost like being in the middle of an enchanted forest

  awful place with terrible service. Very dirty apartment, the windows were covered with black mold. There are constant noise and banging from contractors. They come unannounced. For weeks they were repairing the roof, then demolishing the units around us, The started with the unit below us, then the units across the corridor with no apology or at least to keep us informed about what is taking place. The stairs and the corridors are full spider webs, dust and garbage. The dog's poo are all over the places. What is unbearable is the aggressive attitude of the staff at the office. This happen the first day we moved in. They refused allowing us to reserve a spot for the truck bringing out personal belonging. Luckily we were helped by a gentleman at the office who intervened to bring the aggressive staff to reason. We left the unit in perfect order and perfectly clean this was confirmed by the signed statement received from the office staff who inspected the unit. YET, $55 were unfairly deducted from our deposit. Furthermore, they sent the reimbursement check of our deposit by regular mail and it got lost. We were given no other choice but to ask for another check and we were charged $150 that were deducted from our deposit. Avoid this place at all costs. It is dirty, mismanaged and you will get sick and frustrated dealing with their office. We are glad we are out and we found a marvelous home very well managed.
