Long post: My experience is not good with these people don’t rent with them. You get better amenities like club house, pool, gym at other places for what you pay here and on top of that the children play ground is crowded now with the people from other apartment. They don’t stick to their words and forget about your deposit while moving out they somehow ensure they charge you more than your deposit. I cleaned apartment throughly they said there was grease and odor which I’m not sure how it’s possible because all i did was cook in the apartment(I’m into fitness so don’t even deep fry anything), no smoking or nothing so technically if you cook food thats a problem too for these people which is being RACIST to someone(reached out multiple times to get clarification no response to emails or calls). When i moved in the cleaning people didn’t clean properly there were stains around the tap in bathroom which i had to clean by myself though I’m being charged now, leasing agent just took and photo and said she will show to vendor. They act nice and say they will charge for damages not normal wear and tear and there was not even a small damage when i returned keys. On my move in day the vendor broke the sliding door and they took 2 months to replace it even though the leasing agent mentioned it will be replaced within 2 weeks so i had to move in with broken balcony glass. The cabinets laminate comes off and its same in 2 apartments that i lived in and they don’t have those cabinets/laminates anymore to replace same story with the blinds for windows they were broken when i moved in and they said once they get the blinds they will replace and i guess it never arrived in one whole year. All of their stairs are breaking/wobbly and they don’t clean the common areas like below stairs so its dirty not sure who need to clean. The story continues where they said utilities(S/W/T) is based on usage but apparently i was charged for S/W irrespective whether i used it or not so technically its not based on usage whether the apartment have 5 people or 1 person it doesn’t matter you’ll pay for same money. When i reached out about it they mentioned i have to talk to the utility provider since apartment people are not responsible. They say their rent prices are as per market but these apartments aren’t priced as per market price and they increase rent irrespective even if they are renting lower on same units in same building on top of that they rent your current unit for cheaper than what you’re paying but they don’t agree to keep rent same and forget about guest parking they are always full, all residents use guest spots and use garage for storage, car detailing jobs and so on so your guests has to park on street.

So, this is gonna be long, but, would not recommend. The leasing lady was nice and sweet though. Only upside mostly. First off, no new appliances when we moved in. The stove burners only had the back one fine, but after we tried to get the dishwasher fixed. We were only given a do it yourself dishwasher cleaner, we didnt try to get the stove fixed. The dishwasher would never dry dishes, not get hot enough water to clean the dishes thoroughly, so many rewashes and so much mildew constantly that we tried to get rid of. The fridge was small and the bottom drawers were already broken, so they never went in or out properly. The water.. barely got hot enough in the showers or faucets. The wiring was so bizarre, we couldn't have certain things plugged in certain rooms, because it couldn't handle alot, and would shut off constantly. The stove, gave me anxiety, because you used anything other than the back one burner, they would smoke or not work right, and make the fire alarm go off.. over barely and smoke. Even from the toaster. I stopped cooking on the stove and yes, we cleaned the burners alot and no matter what we used, they still smoked a bit... just to set off the alarm. Can pretty much have nothing on the back patio. Or you will get a notice. So very strict patio rules. Hopefully you dont have pets, cause no pet screens are aloud to have set up. We had so much trouble with our information on the account. We had renters insurance for over a year, and we were almost evicted, because for some reason it was never on file for our first year. Even though we talked through with them, many times and they said that should be it. Only to later have to resend it in, only! Through the portal, to and address, that was not on our paperwork when we first moved in. No one even called or messaged us, to make sure it was all settled after we sent them the information many times. Just jumped to threat of eviction. The hardwood floor they put in the unit above, made it so we heard them walking all the time. If they ran, it was bad enough to vibrate our walls and be louder than our TV. Very strict on what AC's you can use. Always fighting for a parking spot. People blocking our garage/ parking spot all the time with drop offs or pick ups. It was so bad, we had to park on the street many times. Moving out. We are still being harassed, because they were sent the money left over in the mail, and only a day after we verified we sent it out, they texted and emailed everyone we still need to pay. Since, we cant pay in person!! But they try to push for the portal all the time, even when we said we cant get on it. Fun part. The sweet lady in the leasing office had to send us to talk to another person in Las Vegas, who was so rude to my mom. Didn't wanna help her out and was so rude, when she had questions, the lady cut her off and hung up, just because my mom couldn't pay through the portal. If you hate your job, dont work it. They charged us for 'damages' to the carpet, when only one spot was messed up, and we dont remember if it was there first when we got there or not. It was so sloppy when made ready for move in. They charged us for all the carpet, but couldn't give detailed damages of the carpet. They apparently were gonna replace anyway. Made extra charges for water and electricity. Daily charges, on days we still had the lease for. Its such a hassle and so demanding with rules, that the price is not worth being there. We had like 30 people move out, our last year there. Would not recommend. Even the nice leasing manager just doing thier job, cant make it worth it to stay there. Yes, our first year I was told, pet screens were allowed, only later to be told apparently they weren't on the approved things they meant you can do. Right now im still calling for them to stop harassing, until they give the check time to get to them in the mail. Cause I cant make the mail go faster, and, if that other lady we were told to talk to, wouldn't have hung up on my mom, They would have sent it throught which ever mail services they wanted.

Leasing staff are awesome! The units are more modern, yet also affordable. It’s right next to the Max train station, which makes it super easy to commute to and from the city. The biggest downside is being right off 185th, the lights to get on the road are AWFUL!! Also, the parking situation for tenants and guests is terrible.

Our experience was rather cold, being hurried through the initial in-person conversation. From discussions among the staff, it sounded like upper management was on-site when we arrived from out of state to pick up the keys, and it was obvious in their actions that the individual helping us was more concerned about appeasing the boss than helping the residents. We have been here for close to a week now, and have not had a tour of the grounds, have not been contacted to see how our move in went, and the service items we included on the move in form have not been addressed. We found the community online and applied from out of state, asking for a 1st floor unit, telling the leasing agent that due to health issues stairs were too difficult. We did get a unit on the bottom floor, but there are 18 steps down a stairwell to the unit instead of being a parking lot level unit that would have eliminated all stairs. Our mailbox number also wasn't provided, and we had to try numerous mail boxes before we found one that opened with the key. The staff doesn't appear to be interested in providing clear information or making the move in process more pleasant than handing over a set of keys and collecting the money to move in.
