  We just signed our third lease this past May! We love it here! Our apartment is to die for! The kitchen is the best part! The Tim’s are nice and spacious. We have not had parking problems. We purchased an extra space when we moved in and it has worked out well. The pool area is beautiful! We don’t use it as much as we would like because I got tired of explaining to my littles why the girls don’t ware swimsuits that don’t show everyone their naked bodies. Out of the mouth of babes. It gets really crowded on the hot days because people that don’t live here take it over. We do have people that trash the area as well. They just don’t care! Our maintenance guys! What can I say! They rock! Our microwave broke and they came and checked it out ordered parts and it was fixed in three days! I do feel bad for them. They try so very hard to keep things in order and everything looking nice. They even call out the people in the pool that don’t live here. They just need to clone about three more of them💜 Our office ladies are the best!! If you have questions about charges they are right on it. If they can’t figure it out they get ahold of someone that can. Abbi is the bomb! Her personality rocks! She can fix just about any problem that arises! The ladies make a mean cup of coffee so I hear lol. The positives DEFINITELY outweigh the not so positive! It’s mainly quiet. Peaceful and definitely BEAUTIFUL here!!

  In july i will have been here a year. I love this place. the staff are friendly and the apartments are like new. the pool is stunning as is the rest of the grounds. Thanks for doing a good job Sonder Fields.

  I lived in this complex for over 2 years. When I moved out they said that there were pet stains in the carpet and pulled everything and replaced it. Now they are keeping my deposit and charging me an extra $260. This supposed damage is an absolute lie and a way for them to charge me extra fees. There was no pet smell, no pet stains and no damage to the apartment whatsoever. They call themselves luxury apartments and charge a premium for monthly rent but this is extortion. They know it takes too much time and money for someone to sue them for this so they get away with it. Take pictures, and insist on a walk through at move out so that this doesn't happen to you. Good luck!

  It's time to fire the general manager who doesn't cope with her duties at all in the apartments is a complete mess the office every other day does not work strangers come to the territory of the apartment and arrange discos all night the office and the company that should maintain order does not react at all
