  In july i will have been here a year. I love this place. the staff are friendly and the apartments are like new. the pool is stunning as is the rest of the grounds. Thanks for doing a good job Sonder Fields.

  I lived in this complex for over 2 years. When I moved out they said that there were pet stains in the carpet and pulled everything and replaced it. Now they are keeping my deposit and charging me an extra $260. This supposed damage is an absolute lie and a way for them to charge me extra fees. There was no pet smell, no pet stains and no damage to the apartment whatsoever. They call themselves luxury apartments and charge a premium for monthly rent but this is extortion. They know it takes too much time and money for someone to sue them for this so they get away with it. Take pictures, and insist on a walk through at move out so that this doesn't happen to you.   Most horrible communication we ever experienced with rental office in our life, Leasing Consultant not willing to come to the phone after multiple attempt by calling this office. There were important questions about finalizing on renting one of their unit. I don't understand how can this happen when it's so important. Totally lost my trust on this place, at this point I want my deposit and fees refunded immediately!

  Great place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live. The office has been excellent in helping me get settled in and walking me through the entire process.
