- DDDianaMay 27, 20265.0Living at Scouter’s Mountain Apartments has honestly been such a positive experience. The office staff has always been kind, responsive, and welcoming from the beginning. Huge shoutout to Wendy and Jessica for making the move in process and overall experience feel easy and stress free. Jessica ended up leaving during our lease, which was sad because she was wonderful to work with, but DeAndre stepped in and has continued being helpful, professional, and attentive whenever anything comes up. Also want to give appreciation to the maintenance staff because even though we’ve only needed maintenance twice during our lease for normal apartment hiccups, both times they responded incredibly fast and fixed the issues efficiently. They were respectful, professional, and made the process stress free.
