  Dirty, rotten crooks, do not give them the chance to screw your family over the way they've tried ours. They stole over $4000 from us through insane overpricing every last thing they could, and as far as we can tell, making up others, during our move out. The absolute worst property management I've ever encountered, and it's not even close. Not even the ones that shut us out early and charged for what was left was as bad as Kerr. They're insanely micromanaging. Be prepared for them to try and control what your house looks like in almost every way. Your house better be show room spic and span before each inspection or they'll violate you for dusty windowsills. It doesn't matter if the neighbors have weeds that are migrating to your lawn, fully okay with the HOA, or even if it's February, Kerr will hound you until the lawn is manicured. They'll drag their feet and refuse to do maintenance - and then charge you for what you'd been asking for months. $480 dollars to clean a deck they'd refused to take care of in any way for 3 years. If you're the kind of person happy to pay $12 for an ibuprofen at the hospital and wish you had an adult hall monitor picking apart your house constantly, then this is the place for you. If you're anyone else, anyone with a shred of self respect or decency - stay very, very far away. They are the worst of the worst. - Addendum - Kerr tried to intimidate me by way of a cease and desist claiming defamation, but the trouble with that is I'm by no means the only tenant here alleging price gouging during move-out. This is already Kerr's public business reputation here on Google reviews, so trying to abuse the legal system to get valid reviews removed is just another sleazy tactic of theirs to document. Kerr, I have the emails and the receipts. Everything in this review is factual or my personal opinion formed from my lived personal experience as a tenant. We specifically tried to get the back deck fixed as a hazard for over a year, and you refused to do anything the rest of the time we lived there. Charging us for the poor state of the back deck is beyond slimy, sleazy, and just downright wrong. It's very, very clear why only property owners think you do a good job. Tenants, beware.

  I will keep it short and honest. This was my first house I rented from property management agency. See below thoughts below: Pros: -Intake and application was seamless. Maintenence was responsive to work orders -Exiting the property after lease was straight forward. Con -Be advised if you rent from them they will charge full cleaning fees even when you did a great job. -We clean the blinds ourselves very well but the cleaning company will charge for it. We had 20 windows blinds and it cost 19$ per window blinds. You cannot get around this. -If you break blinds the 3rd company will install and replace it via cost 165$ Final thoughts for perspective tenants: Anyone renting from kerr properties please expect only recieve 25 percent of your deposit back. If you have a yard and want to pull weeds out of the grass, you are not allowed which makes it most likely you will have to pay landscapers to do it at the end. When exiting the property, do not clean blinds because they will charge you regardless at exit. Dont shampoo the carpets, they will shampoo the carpet regardless. Recommendation, dont deep clean anything because they going to charge for cleaning no matter what. Final Recommendation, when you the first week is to take photos of the yard. Count how many weeds you have to the T. Notify how many weeds they habe prior to your move in. Make sure you leave that many weeds in or else they will make you pay for removal. Conclusions: I learned from this experience and will know better next time.

They have an incredible attention to detail and truly care about keeping their properties maintained and comfortable for their tenants. I always enjoy working with the staff.
