  Despite our unexpected schedule change, Jaylah professionally presented us the three units. All units appeared to be well-maintained and clean. Decided on one of the units that fits my needs, especially because of the convenient location, appeared to be a good apartment community, and efficient and informative Jaylah.

  New management, now there is WAY TOO MUCH landscaping. Can't wait for the next manager. Sick of having a ten am alarm. Thanks for waking me up early on my birthday for no reason, the landscape looked great when they weren't here every other day, there is quite literally no discernable change except for the noise! Really hate when new people come in with all their ideas on how to improve. There's still dog poop everywhere, I wonder how the landscapers feel about that being in their machines.

  Terrible place. Their maintenance crew barely works, they only care about their own bottom line. You would be better being anywhere else. They are bad at communication and they could not for the life of them fix an exposed light wire for a month when it was a fair hazard for me and my family. Do not live here.

  Horrible place to live, management is genuinely terrible, maintenance takes forever to process requests and might be incorrectly done, when we moved in our toilet wasn’t properly sealed and cause flooring damage. Carpet throughout the apartment is very poorly installed and starts to lift with minimal traffic on it. Office is horrible to get a hold of and rarely returns calls or they will call you multiple times and won’t leave a message.
