  I never write reviews in general but i lived here for about 2 years. To start off the property is under new management since February 2026 the new manager seems to not care about the people who live here unless its her own. Cars have been broken into and just tells everyone that the cameras dont work and cant do nothing about it. She tends to be really rude and raises her voice when things do go her way. The old management used to be so much better and did a lot for the people. Wouldn’t recommend this place for first time renters or any renters. Also was told around the complex that the assistant manager was let go. Which is truly sad since she really cared and helped a lot of people when the apartment didnt have a manager for 3+ months. Again dont rent here the new manager is totally rude, lazy, and very threatening

  I lived in an apartment that was a fire hazard for months, every time I’d go I tot he office or requested that someone come to check the electrical system I was completely gaslit by the manager. I even had to call and report them to the Housing Authority due to the fact that I was ignored. When I first moved in I loved it due to how quiet it was but that soon turned into a nightmare.

  The professionalism of management is absurd, There’s no communication. Half the time the office lady doesn’t even know how to do her job she tries to apply rules that aren’t even on your own lease, Most of the buildings have cockroaches, and Even when they do a treatment for that, they always wind up coming back it’s getting to the point where I don’t even feel comfortable in my own home bc we have never encountered this kind of problem and it’s never resolved every time we ask. And doing everything possible on our side.

  First, I asked for a ground floor apartment and was shown a 2nd floor apartment, then when wrapping up there was an apartment number suggested to me. While leaving I checked the one recommended and found it was a 3rd floor apartment. New manager was used as an issue.
