  First, I asked for a ground floor apartment and was shown a 2nd floor apartment, then when wrapping up there was an apartment number suggested to me. While leaving I checked the one recommended and found it was a 3rd floor apartment. New manager was used as an issue.

  I love it here at East Wind it’s been my home for over 5 years and it’s definitely a safe environment for children

  It's very comfortable and very clean, and you can park wherever you find a spot—you don't have to worry about reserving one.

  The employees are very bad, they don’t care about customers and treat them with disrespect. Their houses are always damp on the walls. I have never encountered such terrible staff in my life like those at East Wind.
