  Before moving into this apartment complex, I was told by the manager that it was a smoke free environment. After we moved in I noticed right away that our neighbors smoke weed and tobacco 24/7 and asked her what she can do to help. The smoke is constantly drawn into our apartment. She said she would “get on it”. A week later I followed up with the problem, and was told that the manager I spoke with no longer works here at our apartment complex. The new manager told us that tenants are allowed to smoke in their apartments, so there is nothing she can do to help. I have a three month old baby. I also have a toddler who is asthmatic and has had to have multiple breathing treatments since moving in two months ago. The health of my children is literally at risk and the Management is not willing to do anything. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend renting from them. Also I uploaded a copy of the smoking policy addendum showing they didn’t fill it out. The original manager verbally told me it was a no smoking property and then our new manager verbally says it’s a smoking friendly property. Editing to add that I’ve reach out via phone and emails but have yet to get meeting with management.

  I was very interested in this property so I had scheduled an appointment to take a tour of the property and look at an apartment. Within 48 hours I received three different emails reminding me of my appointment, letting me know that they would meet all of my rental needs making everything sound very welcoming. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment with management, and to my surprise there was nobody in the office there was a sign hung up in the window saying that they would be back at 1:00 and the door was unlocked with not a manager anywhere in sight. I waited 30 more minutes hoping someone would show up to show me the property, and I couldn't wait any longer I had to get back to work. Here we are 3 days later and I still haven't heard from management, not a phone call not an email nothing. I think it's safe to say my interest in this property has gone out the window and I'll be looking to move somewhere else.
