  Llevo viviendo en este condominio por 3 años consecutivos, siempre e estado feliz con todos los trabajadores del mismo , son increíbles, me encanta que siempre mantienen las áreas limpias y cuando e tenido problemas con mantenimiento hacen todo lo posible por resolver la situación, esta vez por primera vez decidimos no renovar el contrato ya que el vecino que aparte de mal educado le molesta todo, ni un solo dia se puede escuchar música, porque llama a la policía, por gusto ya que ni siquiera me pusieron una advertencia porque el oficial estaba en la puerta y no se escuchaba fuera la música, por este motivo no quise renovar ya que estoy libre de irme en cualquier momento, en todo lo demas este seria mi lugar favorito.

  After just a few months moving in, things drastically started falling apart. It's as though they "superficially" did a quick "make it look good for quick move in". Waited several months for it to be fixed and still waiting.

  The only problem that I see is that they only have one dumpster for the whole apartment complex. They have a trash compactor that does not seem to work so the garbage is always overflowing and having to be thrown away once a week. They should add another garbage dumpster.

  Just moved out after almost two years here. During that time, there was a rotating door of managers and several issues that came up, but the maintenance team was truly amazing. I’ve lived in several apartment complexes and have never had a maintenance team be so helpful, responsive, and kind. Holly was especially wonderful—she was always friendly, willing to help, and got things taken care of quickly. Even when the trash area would get out of hand, the team was quick to clean it up. Overall, the maintenance staff really made a positive difference in my experience here. UPDATE: I wanted so badly to leave a positive review but this apartment complex cannot get their stuff together . Since moving out we’ve been harassed for keys saying that they are continuing to bill us, we returned keys before our lease was even up before move out date. Not to mention while living in this complex we were harassed for renters insurance threatened with eviction several times WHILE weeks away from my due date and it was all paperwork filling error on there end I’ve always had renters insurance. We were also constantly up charged in trash due to other residents dumping stuff. Our water was constantly shut off with no explanation. Later to find out it was due to a pipe bursting under the building that caused roaches, there’s also bad mold problems that they hired people to cut out a checking the ceiling and replace it instead of properly remediating it. This doesn’t even stretch the surface on issues we’ve encountered don’t rent here. Car getting broken into, our rent being higher for a renovated unit and yet it wasn’t renovated, we were told it would be back paid of course it wasn’t the case. I simply wish this company would leave us alone.

  Yes, listen to these folks with negative feedback about the "New" management so called Sage and its people. Very Very Very incompetent. Cannot provide solution to even a simple issue. So many excuses. I live here and I cannot wait for my lease to end. Since Sage took over, all they did is make sure the increase in rent gets out but do nothing to resolve issues (parking, handling of checks, even closing out the pool for a few weeks in the summer and not providing us why). Those ladies in the office, I'm sorry, know nothing about managing a property like this. Stay away. Rent is also increasing by at least around $200 per mo and it's not worth it. The buildings are so old and they are just content on waiting the buildings to fall apart it seems like before they do something. The previous management is way way way better, was proactive and quick response to issues.
