  My family and I toured several apartment communities around Eugene this week, and we ultimately decided on Hunter’s Ridge. Jonathan took the time to thoroughly show us the property, answer all of our questions, and explain everything in detail. He couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Out of all the leasing representatives we met during our search, Jonathan stood out as the best. His outstanding customer service played a big part in our decision to make Hunter’s Ridge our new home.

  I had an appt to view an apartment. I was contacted within about 15 minutes from when I was heading out checking to see if we were still on, to which I replied yes. I was contacted while driving out that the appt time was confirmed. When I arrived I was immediately informed that someone had applied for the apartment and seemed very interested. They had applied 1 week before my appt. I had to take a long lunch break to drive waaay out to this complex when it was obvious that the apartment I was interested in wasn’t available. I assume it was to see if I would up the amount I would be willing to pay to get into a different one. As I was my highest limit, and they had nothing else available for that amount, I fully wasted my time.

  Reserve at Hunters Ridge is a beautiful newer community. The property is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and the clubhouse and common areas are especially impressive. You can tell the management team takes a lot of pride in keeping the property looking great. The location is also really convenient while still feeling quiet and tucked away. Definitely one of the nicer apartment communities in the area. The manager Travis was awesome and you can tell he really cares.

  Awesome office staff! 3 bed apartments are good sized only complaint could be kitchen storage. Not horrible but I like to shop monthly vs weekly.

  I’d say rent is on par with what you’re getting. Nice places and the walls are pretty thick, I haven’t heard my next door neighbor a single time in the year I’ve been here. I’ve done 3 maintenance requests and they all get completed asap. Everyone’s friendly around the complex too. Also I like that I’m able to lock/unlock from my phone, same with unlocking the door to the trash area.
