  I'm looking to move. It's always about having to siphon through the different ways each real estate property is managed and all the personalities and processes there, so when I was greeted on the phone by a professionally AND friendly person, I am encouraged. The Bell website is ready to navigate, and your Meahgan a great and enjoyable experience. All my questions answered, and I ask alot. 😆

  Do not rent from Bell! Deeply unprofessional and unserious people. In my experience renting from them for 5 years, they ignored all but one of my maintenance requests. I repeatedly asked them to check out electrical issues but they did nothing. It took a literal electrical fire and the fire marshal calling them to take anything seriously. Do yourself a favor and go with Jennings or some other reality group that will respect your life and safety.

  Meahgan is absolutely wonderful to work with. She has always been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had questions. She’s responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to really understand what’s going on so she can help find a solution. It’s clear she genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to be supportive. I know I can always count on her for a quick, clear answer. Meahgan is a huge asset to the team, and I highly recommend her!

  I am more than happy to give a five star review because of Megan. I definitely preferred working with Megan because of her professional and friendly attitude. I will definitely be coming back to Bell Realty when I decide to move. Right now I’m calling around to all the realty agents to see who I wanna go with and so far Megan is my number one girl.

  Mackenzie the manager at Bell Real Estate, is absolutely amazing. Since she has been given the position, they seem much more caring and understanding of their tenants. She made sure I was able to keep MY WHOLE herd of animals and the other day, my water pipe under my kitchen sink busted and I wasn't able to get in to contact with a plumber so I sent her an email and the following day, was able to make contact with her as well as the plumber and he just left my house after a job well done!. In the past, I wouldn't recommend Bell as a landlord to rent from, but since Mackenzie has came into their business, I am sad that I am moving out this next month. She was by FAR the best landlord I have ever had, and she is patient, quick to problem solve, a great support when struggles arise and all around a great human being, so, if you are searching for a great place to rent a home from, choose Bell with manager Mackenzie. 100% SATISFACATION. Thanks Mackenzie for your outstanding efforts and giving me several months to get to know you and work closely with you as your renter. I will miss you dearly.
