  These are terrible people. I moved in and didn’t think to take pictures of things that were not in good condition since they obviously know the condition of the house. And when I moved they charged me over 1,000 for the existing problems of when I moved in and I know for a fact they did the same thing to the previous renter when the neighbor told me to take pictures and about past renters experiences as I was moving out. Lesson learned but these people are slumlords!!!! Disgusting and a waste of humans

  Meaghan is amazing! The first inspector, after a few years of others, to take the accommodation that needed to be done seriously. She was observant and took the conditions of the home as a need to be fixed ASAP. And aslo gave advice of how to help protect the home as attendants also. She is appreciated! Thank you Meaghan !

  These people are sharks who will try to take advantage of you and go after your money in every way they can. 0/10, STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. After spending a total of 17+ hours between 3 people making sure everything on the move-out cleaning checklist was checked off and done EXTREMELY thoroughly, they went ahead and charged me for a whopping $1071 for cleaning charges alone. Some of these charges are utterly absurd and are being disputed currently since there is no way they will be able to hold up in a court of law since I have evidence as to how clean I made the place before I left. They tried to say that the bathroom sink was dirty (though it was scrubbed with chemical cleaner and steel wool to be left spotless), toilet was dirty (spotless), the sink/tub was dirty (spotless), the stove was dirty (spotless), the windows (spotless), and this list just goes on and on. They even charged me for cobweb on my front and back porch even though I made sure to spray them with a high pressure hose and left zero trace of them. Additionally, they charged me for a front door latch that was loose, though I could have easily filed a maintenance request before I left and had it repaired for free. They charged me for the kitchen sink backsplash, which is inevitable structural damage to anyone who uses that sink. Likewise, since I took care of these issues myself the best I could without filing a maintenance request, thereby saving them money, they found it acceptable to return the favor and charge me for inevitable structural damage. They even charged me for a fully functional dishwasher to be replaced. Talk about wasteful. These people have horrid ethical standards (if they have any at all) and will do ANYTHING to take advantage of you. They don't even include a lot of valuable information in the lease agreements, so they are not going to be giving you any informed consent.
