  I was removed from my mother’s lease in August 2025, and I have written documentation from a Bell Realty employee acknowledging my removal. Other tenants remained in the house afterward. I recently discovered that Bell Realty was associated with a collection account in my name, despite never receiving a bill, statement, or documentation explaining that I supposedly owed a balance. I am now having to contact Bell Realty and the collection agency to obtain documentation and dispute the account. This has been extremely frustrating and concerning, especially because I was never notified that Bell Realty believed I owed money and my credit score has dropped significantly. I would NOT recommend renting from them.

  This company expects EACH applicant to make 2.5x the rent. I don’t know anyone who makes 5x the amount of rent between two people. They are horrible with repairs and the staff are very unhelpful. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Wish I could give zero stars.

  belle is genuinely the epitome of greedy landlord. they will not entertain requests for stable rent, they will charge you insanely for maintenance, and their online payment system genuinely makes me want to scream😕. so many ridiculous fees, on every single payment. the only reason they got an extra star is because most of the time they’re pretty quick with the maintence request. even though we did go about 2 months with no dryer for the entire complex. i’ll be renting from someone new in the future 😫

  These are terrible people. I moved in and didn’t think to take pictures of things that were not in good condition since they obviously know the condition of the house. And when I moved they charged me over 1,000 for the existing problems of when I moved in and I know for a fact they did the same thing to the previous renter when the neighbor told me to take pictures and about past renters experiences as I was moving out. Lesson learned but these people are slumlords!!!! Disgusting and a waste of humans
