  I am very happy with the quality of service from A Quality Appraisal. I just ordered a Floor Plan and it looks great! More than what I expected and now my seller has 200 more square feet than he realized, which will help me sell his property for more money. With the higher price, it pretty much will pay the for the Real Estate Commission! Win Win Win! Glad this service is available!

  I had a home I was getting ready to list where the seller had added finished space and we needed to know the exact finished square feet, and also needed a floor plan drawing. I contacted Gary and he got right on the job and had it completed and back to me in under 48 hours. The report is perfect and exactly what I needed! I would highly recommend Gary and A Quality Appraisal!

  Thank you Gary! Gary arrived promptly at the scheduled time to complete a floor plan for me. He was courteous and thorough. What I really liked was that he creates the floor plan on site allowing the two of us to review it and make any necessary corrections. Great service and great product!
