  My seller had taken a small 900 SF house and remodeled it into a larger beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath house. The seller didn't know what that new larger square footage was, so I called Gary, and he actually answered his phone on the second ring. My next pleasant surprise - he was available to come out the next day to do measurements and a professional sketch. My seller was anxious to get the property up and listed as soon as possible, and Gary's quick response and availability were exactly what we needed. My seller and I were very impressed when we received Gary's professional sketch. There will be zero discrepancies in the listing when it comes to square footage, and it was actually larger than what my seller anticipated.   We hired A Quality Appraisal to give us an idea of what to price our vacation home at prior to listing it for sale. They not only provided us with an appropriate price but also analyzed the current active listings in the market so we were aware of what other homes our property would be competing with.
