  The Township apartments property was disappointing. The outside grounds were dirty. Glass and small garbage all around the apartment building. The front door to the unit was badly scratched and dented. Looked like someone kicked and hit the door many times. There was a piece of the front overhead ceiling missing that was not appealing looking. The apartment smelled funky, not fresh. Needs to be cleaned better. The counter tops looked and felt cheap. Like they had been painted.

  They were wonderful!!! Olivia had come in and turned our heat and lights on for us since we were gonna be after hours moving, brought our mail in. Neighbors are super friendly and my dog absolutely loves the dog park

  I want to thank Olivia, the community director, as well as the rest of the staff for staying on top of work orders and any concerns we’ve had. My sister lives in Township and Olivia has been nothing but kind, helpful and professional! Keep up the great work, it does not go unnoticed.

  Unable to contact apartment phone to request explanation of deposit refund. Wouldn't recommend these apartments. They look nice from the outside, but are poorly constructed noisy with constant request to inspect, install fire alarms, entering without notice. I had eight fire alarms in two bedroom apartment and the were constantly malfunctioning. The first manager I met was nice but he was replaced many times with people that didn't seem to know what they were doing.
