- CSChristine ShamrellJul 2, 20261.0Awful and disrespectful to good tenants who treat the property as if it were their own. RUN from this property management company. Tried to make a move out EASIER on them by going the extra mile and we were met with a $1,000 bill for a $40 can of paint. They missed how beautiful we left it and only focused on taking money where they desperately could find it. In good faith we left a nice washer and dryer set for the next tenants (over $2k). If you want to be told how stupid you are definitely rent from this husband and wife team. Be sure to take out good insurance because they’ll tell you to file a renters insurance claim for everything even for a can of paint! Sick that people actually do business like this. They have zero business doing business with anyone.
